The environment and atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. We chose the paradise pedicure and it was AMAZING! We were offered waters and towels to drape on legs as we were wearing dresses. My nail tech, Hannah, was super friendly and has has an excellent hand for designs! She matched colors to my dress and everything! Definitely will be requesting her again! 100/10 will go again! I recommend you do too ?

The worse nail experience I've ever had! My nail lifted as I was leaving and the tech refused to discount. Nail polish was sloppy. Getting nail done shouldn't hurt, filing cut my skin and was aweful. Don't waste your time or money!

Haven't had my nails done since I was a teenager, so I knew nothing. Vicky was so amazing, friendly, and welcoming. She gave exactly what I came for, I love them! Will definitely be back for the kind and quick service!

Feedback on Recent Experience

I recently had a disappointing experience with a facial waxing service at your establishment. The technician was not attentive to my concerns during the procedure. Despite my repeated requests for smaller areas to be waxed due to pain, she continued with larger sections, resulting in significant redness and irritation on my face.

After the procedure, I expressed my concerns to the staff at the front desk, emphasizing the need for better training for the technician. I was offered a $5 discount for my next visit, which felt inadequate given the distress I experienced.

I attempted to reach the owner or manager to discuss my experience further but received no follow-up, despite leaving my contact information. It has now been over three weeks without any communication from your team.

I am truly disappointed in the lack of care and follow-up from your establishment. I believe that such experiences can have lasting effects, and I encourage you to review your training protocols for staff to prevent similar issues in the future.

I had my nail done few days ago not even a week for my cousin‘s wedding. The employee was literally rude and didn’t even listen my customization. She charged me about 115$ for this and see what she did!! She was so in hurry that she didn’t even pay attention for details ,she didn’t even cut my cuticle and nail was to sharp that leaving scratches behind , she didn’t even gave a proper shape .

My husband gave me gift card so I give a try but I will not going back there again and don’t even recommend.

All the ladies here are very sweet. I usually never have to wait even for walk ins. You get to enjoy the massage chair while you get a pedicure. I think they either apply the nail polish too thick or the nail polish is old because it seems to bubble

Today I went and got a shellac pedicure and acrylic nails with tips. I had a vision in mind and a photo, Anna was able to create exactly what I wanted and she was super quick. The other women doing my pedicure was also super good, spoke good English and did a really nice job on my toes. This place uses good quality products that last on your nails for a long time, they are super clean and the whole shop is very nicely designed and professional, which is very important to me. I will definitely be back.
