They are not cheap BUT...You get what you pay for. These people are professionals and deserve every cent! I had the champagne pedicure, manicure with acrylics, and full head color. The girl who gave my pedicure has magic hands. Philly has been doing nails for 15 years and is an artist through and through. Norma has been doing hair for 52 years!!!! Be confident in this place that you will leave feeling like a spoiled beauty queen. I have NEVER, in my 56 years, felt this fabulous...TRY THEM!!!!

12/10 best nail experience ever!! Mum did my bridal mani-pedi for my wedding. She was patient, kind, and is very skilled! I am so glad we chose the Salon Company, I will use them every time I’m in Pueblo West.

I used to love this place. My daughter and I went for gel manicures. The entire service took 15 minutes and $80. I couldn’t believe I tipped. By day 5 both of us had major peeling and by one week my nails looked like I had them done weeks ago. So disappointed. They messed up my nails last June before my wedding. I had a chunk terrible manicure for my wedding day. Gave them another chance. Philly was great. But if he doesn’t do them, you’re screwed.

They offered to fix it and make it right because “customer satisfaction is their goal.”
They won’t do a fix with an appointment I tried messaging them Thursday for a Friday appointment. They said they only fix it with a “same day” appointment. But they are too busy now. Unless I want to come late at night or I can try again tomorrow. It’s a joke around there anymore.

Went in with many pics of tropical nails as these were supposed to be my vacation nails. This is what I got. Super tropical….right? Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

My man gifted me a very generous gift card to The Salon Company for mother's Day and boy oh boy was it worth it!! The place is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and I felt very well taken care of. I've gone back once already to have a luxury pedicure after doing the basic pedicure and both were spectacular! This place is definitely my new salon, I'll never go anywhere else

This is a mixed review, but the one star is due to the management's reaction to my calling to complain. My sister and I had excellent pedicures, and my sister said that her manicure was the best she'd ever had. However, I walked away with SIX cuts to my cuticles, even though I specifically requested that they not cut the cuticles. One cut really bled. I didn't want to get the manicurist in trouble but the more I thought about it, and after a second day with the bother of these cut cuticles, I called the management and asked for a partial refund. They have a no refund policy, but he offered me a free manicure. In no way did I want to go back there. Either an untrained manicurist is there, or they don't care that I was cut repeatedly. We dropped over $200 there and I won't chance going back. I am just so annoyed.

Hands down best place to get a pedicure and manicure! I have tried a few other places in Pueblo and they don’t compare to this place. I always opt for gel because it lasts so much longer than regular polish.
