So far, I'm a huge fan. This feels like where a man should get his hair cut.

The chairs are comfortable, the room feels relaxing, the hair cut is spot on, and the neck shave is a nice touch.

They have a wide variety of beverages for you to choose from while you get your haircut, and is why I'll be doing a better job scheduling WHEN I come in.

This place is great. An Excellent experience starts with the easy appointment scheduling, continues throughout the complimentary beverage served with the cut, and even persists afterwards because now you have an amazing haircut. And if Brittney D. was your barber, you now have the best haircut.

This place is quite a bit overpriced for what they charge IMO.

I went in for a cut and a face trimming. I got the new girl thats still in training. I was fine with that but one would think that there would be a discounted price for cuts by in-training stylists.

Also, I would expect for the price charged I would at least get a rinse or wash. I wasn't even asked if I wanted one if it were to be extra. I really dislike going about my day with loose hair all over my head and neck.

Great experience every time I’ve been here. You get a drink when you get there (soda or a glass of whiskey/bourbon) and the stylists all seem happy to be there!

Hair is jacked. Trying to grow it out, and just wanted a trim, so it can grow out even. One side is very noticeable longer than the other side. Back is now super short with thin spots, it was 3 inches long now it’s maybe one at best.

Appointment started 10 mins late, she was obviously rushed because of this. My cut lasted 20 mins and she skipped the shampoo that was included in the $40 haircut I selected.

I would have been better off at great clips.

Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever got and I’m almost 40. Complete waste of time and money.

An excellent atmosphere for all grooming needs! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Brittney is my barber specifically and provides an acute attention to detail in her work! She does fantastic work with beard grooming and provides an excellent haircut for my child as well. Lastly, I am a veteran of the armed forces and this place recognizes and appreciates us with a 20% off discount, very nice!

I showed David two pictures of my envision for my haircut and grew my hair out just for this to look good for my friends wedding and he gave me the worst haircut I’ve had in my entire life. It was basically a buzz cut and high fade on the sides and I had to go even shorter to make it look half way decent because it was nothing like what the pictures I showed him looked like. This place is over priced, don’t give you the haircut you want and awful. Highly recommend you stay away from here unless you want to look like an idiot.

EDIT/FOLLOW UP: Krista the owner of The Cave called me this morning. Impressive and prompt response with a very caring attitude. I am beyond appreciative for her efforts to make this right. David my hairstylist (I did not add in my original post) was very professional and nice. I will be returning once I need another haircut. Customer Service here is great, just was an off day when I was there. Thanks again Krista! You are running a great local company.
