I think the BEST & PROFESSIONAL & KIND personal ever!!!! First step into their studio, you are welcomed with so much kindness & attention as if you were a princess welcomed at the castle ❤️ they make everything confortable for you with so much care and meticulosity 🥹 About the services, I think they are premium and the highest professionalism! Lucian took care of me, without rush, explaining everything for me, and he did the best haircut that fit for my type of head and face ❤️ I showed him a picture of a preffered haircut, and we discussed together what was best for me, the changes that fit me better, and how to mantain the haircut after that. And voiloá! A cute, daring, playful, messy but elegant haircut ! I almost cried when I saw how beautifully the haircut suited me 🥰🥰🥰🥹 thank you so much! I will come over again!

Visited this studio some time ago, and while the staff were very kind and the space is beautiful, my haircut unfortunately wasn’t the best fit for my naturally curly hair. The layers ended up uneven and overly thinned, which created frizz and made styling difficult. Even after one attempt to fix it, my regular stylist told me there’s nothing she can do until it grows out more because of how unevenly it was cut. This may have just been a mismatch in approach, the style I received would likely work well for straight/wavy hair, but for curls it has been challenging and time-consuming to manage. I mention this simply because I wish I’d seen a review like it before booking. Also waited six months before writing this because I thought it might not still be an issue, but unfortunately it is.

This one was close to my hotel, and after a quick search, I took the elevator to the 5th floor and was able to book an appointment for the next day. They were very accommodating and even opened 30 minutes earlier to fit me in. Ana gave me stunning highlights, a perfect haircut, and I left feeling amazing. Beautiful salon with great products—highly recommend!
