I requested Raee since my coworker gets her nails done by her and she did an amazing job! I didn't bring a picture of what I wanted, only an idea and she worked with me to create the look I wanted. I stopped getting my nails done since they hurt my nail beds, but I tried the gel x and so far so good!

2nd trip for acrylics. Also amazing!

Susan did my nails. I highly recommend her. She’s kind and funny and very skilled . Linda did my pedicure, she was bossy and a little rude. She forced my feet into whatever position she wanted, wanted me to relaxed, until I told her I was relaxed. It was all her. Mind you she did do a good job, but i couldn’t understand her English, she asked me if I wanted curl “yes, curl” on my toes and at that point I was done, so I told her to leave them the way they were . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Susan, ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Linda. Both hand and feet were $105.
Shoutout to the young Lady at the door. She’s a great addition to the business ?

Was looking for a good, professional, and respectful nail salon in the killeen area. I think I found my spot.? My first time here and they did a magnificent job on my hands and feet. I am totally satisfied with the overall experience. I'll be back and will let you know if my second experience was similar to the first. It's so hard to find good, caring, attentive, and professional nail salons nowadays. I got chrome on both hands and feet

My nails were done by Andy! He was fast respectful and checked multiple times that I was happy with my nails. I really appreciate that even though he said that they close at 7:30 he still took me and did my nails in a reasonable time. He taught me about GelX And assured me that it last longer than regular acrylics and that’s healthier for my nails. I highly recommend asking for Andy if you get the chance and they gave me a cold Water without me even asking. His area and the remaining areas of the store were very clean. There was no strong order from the nail products and it was very relaxing experience . 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I had my nails done here recently and while the color and shape turned out exactly as I requested, there were a few areas that could have been better. The person who did my nails was quite rough with the drill and ended up cutting my cuticles on multiple fingers, which has left them feeling sore. When applying the chrome top coat, they didn’t remove the excess around my nails, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I was surprised by the extra $10 charge for the chrome, which wasn’t mentioned upfront.

Lastly, when I was checking out, I felt a bit uncomfortable being asked to leave a Google review before I even left the salon. I believe reviews should be written voluntarily and not feel pressured.

Overall, my nails look good but the attention to detail and customer experience could be improved.

Sadly, the ownership changed. I used to love this place. I hate yo leave bad reviews….but….

The nail techs don't listen. This time, no flower on my big toe. No glitter on my pinkies on my fingers. Flowers are cute but don't match on my ring fingers. Colours are watered down and look weird now. I grew my nails out and she filed them back down to short. Why? Didn't ask just did it. I reminded her of the length, shape and glitter.
The pedicure which i chose milk and honey was a joke. It happened last time to. Nothing was added to the water. My feet were just in water, nothing else. No honey, no milk, no soak, no massage, no warming rocks. I could do this at home in my bathtub.
They have started asking before they cheese grate the hell out of your feet. But honestly not a great experience.
