I’ve been going to 2010 since 2011 and they are the absolute best! Their service & the atmosphere is everything! I love their work and they’ve never disappointed! I know at least 7 of the techs names so that’s a good sign! Feels like family! Give them a try!

Y’all have to go to this nail shop. The best in the city. The wait is never long at all. They are very good and my feet and nails be too cute, I never leave sad or mad. lol SELENA AND ANN or so sweet and yes they care so much about their customers. When I say they are so clean and I love the decor of this place. They can have all my money because it’s worth it. I’m always getting feet nails eyelashes and eyebrows. They definitely never fail me. I love them. Thank you guys for the awesome customer service.?

Exceeded our expectations! They took great care of us and made us feel rejuvenated and at ease. I was very impressed with the quality of service! Loved how spacious and nice the salon is too. Also personable which is a plus. I will definitely be back to this salon!

I had been going there over 5 years & always had good service. Never had a problem until the last two times I'd been. Got my nails done for a wedding, gel polish to be exact but it started chipping the very next day. When I told the owner Salena about it she told me I should've come back the next day. I told her I couldn't cause the wedding was the very next day & I didn't have time. All she said was "sorry". I went back one last time after that & the guy doing my manicure cut my cuticle & my finger was bleeding. He put some powder substance on it & it stopped bleeding. I left & an hour later my finger is bleeding again & is sore. I went back the same day & showed the owner Salena. She had me to sit down while she wiped the blood off. Then she talks to the nail technician in their language & comes back to tell me he said I had an ingrown nail. Obviously they didn't want to take responsibility for cutting a gash in my finger. I told her it was impossible for me to have an ingrown nail. She agreed with him. So I asked her what she would do to fix the problem, she said she doesn't do refunds but she would give me $5 off on my next visit. I told her she did better giving me my money back cause that was an insult to offer me $5 off on my next visit & my finger is bleeding & sore. I have reported this place to the Better Business Bureau for bad service & the nail technician was not licensed. I'll never go to this shop again. I refuse to pay for unprofessional bad service.

Amazing people with fun personalities Susan and Kim are great at doing your feet up and making you feel like a queen. My nails are very important to me and they care just as much!!!! I love them

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails yesterday and I was over charged. I asked for a $23 length which really should’ve been a $18 length from my knowledge of pricing from other nail salons, and my total ended up being $40 dollars. I had no extra work need but to simply apply the full set so I didn’t understand my total. I have been a loyal customer for around 2 years. I was highly upset and I will not be going back to this nail shop they have always been over priced. I will be taking my money else where!
