I scheduled my appointment for 540 pm. I went in and did the check in. I got a notification on my phone that my wait time was 15 minutes even though i was on time. Not long after that I got a notification that it was 22 minutes.
After 30 minutes I gave up and left. There were only 2 people working and no other customerse except the 2 guys getting their cutting . I told one lady to take me out of the queue since it'd been such a long wait.
Her response was not apologetic. She was rude in her response and said "Thanks for the consideration".

2 times in a row now I have checked in online, been given an eta, arrived 10 minutes ahead checked and sat there for over an hour with not a word said to me. Today I waited for an hour passed my expected time and watched the stylists do anything but cut hair, there were 4 of them there, one seemed to be actually working. It’s already over priced for simple haircuts, but to add outrageous wait times is enough for me. Won’t be back

I was traveling and I was able to get in and get a haircut. She did a great job she kept the conversation going and she was very good looking which made it even better

This is only 2 stars because of previous visits being good.

I came in with long hair (down to shoulders and nose) and asked for a modern viking style haircut. I asked for short sides(fade) and long top and back. The hairdresser cut everything down to a normal crew cut and didn't even make the back even. It just reset nearly a year of hair growth. I won't be coming back.

First picture is what I asked for, the last two are what I got. Absolutely horrible . Hair dresser didn’t ask once if it was looking okay. Just kept going and going. I had to stop her. I hope she learns from this. You can always take more off, but you can never put hair back on after it’s cut. ask your client how everything’s looking before you do something like this. She was going to keep going before I stoped her. It’s an absolute crop job botched. I would give zero starts if possible

Would be a lot better if we didnt have to use the online check in thing. For 2 weeks now been trying to get in there for a hair cut and i check in online, sure, it will say 200+ minutes and i will schedule my day around this but then it comes down 20ish minutes, sits there for 10 minutes then jumps up to 40 -60 minutes again so this is the 4th time i have walked away in the past 2 weeks, would be star but the ladies in there are nice and do a decent job at cutting hair. If you have all day to waste sitting there waiting, great place, otherwise, the hair cuts not worth the headache..

The Waterloo IA location is short staffed & so short staffed that they will be rude to their customers & to their loyal customers at that I was disappointed with this visit. Don’t even bother with the online check in as it’s run thur corporate vs the salon itself which is a franchise. I literally had a wait of 112 to only find out I had to an additional 2hrs. I will definitely not be back to the Waterloo Iowa location

I waited 3 hrs here and was checked online in store. We put done 1st available person to cut hair. Every person came in came before us. Then the waiting minutes keep going down then up. Being push ahead then back. It ridiculous to be waiting that long for a hair cut really!
