I went with my mom to get some products from this location and the staff were super friendly. Sofia was very knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. The store was clean and organized. Thank you for such wonderful service.

I came in to the Indio store and I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner. While the sales associate was at the cash register wrapping up a sale, she went out of the way to welcome me to the store and to let me know that she will be available to assist me with any questions regarding the products. As soon as she finished with the customer I asked her if she could help me find a specific product that the store in the Palm Desert location didn’t have at the time of my visit. I usually frequent the Palm Desert location often, but this time I left disappointed by the experience and went to a different location to find that specific product. I was enchanted and delighted by Isabella that not only provided me with excellent service but also with professional advice. It is refreshing to experience a sales associate that comes out of the cashier mode into client centric mode so rapidly . I have been going to Sally’s for almost a decade and today I was very disappointed with an unpleasant experience in another location , thanks to Isabella at the Indio store location my loyalty stays in a company that has provided in the past excellent service and a variety of products with amazing results.

Came in today around 7 and they two women were really rude and talking bad about customers after they would check out and leave. Unprofessional they too old to be acting like this

I am always super happy to shop here. The staff takes the time to learn about their everyday products and inform you on what they recommend for the question you are asking. I have always leave with a huge smile to try their products. It's great and the staff is super friendly and cheerful.

Ok so I come to this Sally's frequently since I moved here and I like this Sally's....I even went in right after I got off work and drove from palm desert to get a hair mask and some color. But today the epitome of wrong place wrong time happened to me. I was looking at the color and the store manager (I'm assuming) was in the same aisle. She's super friendly and was knowledgeable and I was asking color questions. I just so happen to grab a couple of boxes of color and then changed my mind to the brand she recommended. She offered to put back the boxes I had in my hand (very thoughtful and nice gesture). Then there was a tube missing in one of them. So she asked me where it was and I didn't know. I had it in my arms with other boxes and I didn't realize it was empty. As soon as she said that I KNEW I was getting accused of stealing. I work in retail so I totally get it and understand her concerns completely. As a customer I didn't know how to respond (I have severe social anxiety, but I knew I was doing nothing wrong so I was kind of awkward I'll admit, but it's my servere anxiety and I didn't have my meds today so I was on edge) anywho, I minded my own business knowing I did nothing wrong. Someone clearly before me took the tube and put the box back and I happened to grab it. The girl turned around and said I need to check my cameras. I was like ok I knew she would think the worst. But I didn't do anything wrong so I stayed, got my hair mask, and then she stood behind me as I was getting rang up like she was looking in my purse (if she wanted to see in my purse she could have aaked, or called the cops bc I would have gladly showed them I had nothing). Anyways I hope she checked her cameras and found her real suspect. In my religious beliefs stealing is one of the worst things you can do, so it upset me that I was being accused when I'm the last person to ever steal. not to mention I was in my full work uniform, who steals in a work uniform?¯\_(ツ)_/¯ anywho, I'm learning this area is kind of ghetto so I guess they have to keep their gaurd up. Especially with tattooed colored haired and clearly employed customer. Other than being accused of stealing the staff is nice and knowledgeable.

My wife walked in to buy a product worth 8$ and some change. She asked the girl working on dec 13, 2017 around 9:20am if she could pay with change (rolled up coins) the cashier replied "yes". Once she saw rolled up coins she insisted on not being able to accept them. Regarless if your poor or rich ..coins are still Currancy! THE BANK TAKES COINS AND WILL GIVE YOU PAPER MONEY FOR IT?... AS A BUISSNESS OWNER I TAKE ALL and ANY COINS. "Well my wife said to bad this is all I have right now " and left her a 9$ worth of rolled up USA coins(the sale was 8 something ...so they got extra)...To top it off as my wife left... the cashiers register froze up and had the nerve to blame my wife and her coins? Really.... Wow my wife just gave her the look and left. My wife will continue going to salleys to buy her beauty supplys. Its not the business owners fought that the girl don't like coins. I'm 99 percent sure that the owner wouldn't have mined accepting coins in fact he or she would have been pleased to not lose a regular customer of years. DONT BE PICKY NEXT TIME! MONEY IS MONEY
