Not only does he provide an amazing cut and gives you exactly what you ask for but his attention to detail is unmatched. I love going to this place. Been going for the last four years. It’s never disappointing. Love the environment. The music in the background is always diverse. The barber i personally go to it’s always Jimmy. He doesn’t really press on your head like the average barber of today. He’s very gentle, talkative, funny and always ask you if you like your haircut or if you think you’re missing something.

Recently moved in to the area and tried a few barbershops with no luck on getting a good cut and having good customer service, but then I found Rise N Grind and scheduled my cut with James. I can say this place always has a good friendly vibe. They are always welcoming everyone who walks in by first checking if they have an appointment, if you don’t have an appointment simply just need to sign in on a waitlist if they’re busy or they take care of you right away. Since I scheduled with James I haven’t had a need to get a cut with anyone else. I would say if you can get in his schedule for a cut do. Otherwise I see all these guys doing great work as well.

I went to the first time this week to this barbershop. I was helped out by David and since the beginning he was very friendly and made sure to get full details of what type of haircut I wanted so he could make sure to give exactly what I wanted. It has been without a doubt one of the best haircuts I have gotten and multiple people have told me that it looks good. The attention to detail and the services done are definitely worth the price. I will definitely be going again and asking for David to cut my hair and will also be telling everyone to go get a cut done by him.

Pretty disappointed with this place this time. Gotta barber who firstly didn't speak any English so it was definitely trouble communicating with him. Secondly, I had such a crazy and uneven taper cut that I legitimately had to go to a second barber just to get it fixed. Beside paying 55 bucks for a cut and beard trim, all the other issues I had to deal with really left a pretty unpleasant taste in my mouth... especially because I've been here before and never had any type of issues like this either. I know the barber did the best he could, but I've gotta say, I don't think I'll be back...wish you all the best and hope you guys can get things straightened out with that barber...thanks so much and take care.
