I had Erin from Power Me Pretty booked for my wedding day.

The bridal trial I had with Erin before the wedding was so much fun. It was great getting to test makeup and do my hair before the wedding so I could know exactly what I want. She gave me different options to try that I really appreciated.

For my wedding, Erin did hair and make-up for myself, my mom, and my 4 bridesmaids. Everyone looked so incredible! My mom (who usually doesn't wear make-up) looked so natural and beautiful. I loved, loved, loved my hair and makeup. The airbrush foundation is where it's at!!

Erin was so incredible to work with. She was kind, funny and attentive. She made me and my family feel so at ease, and it was so easy to communicate with her. She showed up for me during a time that wasn't easy in our community (Hurricane Helene) and I will be forever grateful for her making me feel so beautiful on my wedding day.

I had an amazing experience with Powder Me Pretty for my wedding hair and makeup. At the trial I knew exactly what I wanted for hair, and Brandilyn nailed it immediately! I wasn’t sure what I wanted for makeup, so Sarah and I came up with a starting point for me to shift from. As I’m sure it is for a lot of people, it wasn’t until I saw the trial makeup that I realized I wanted something completely different. I gave a ton of feedback and sent some new inspo pics, and on the day Sarah took things super slow at my request and checked in so often to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. I loved it so much and felt like she really listened and cared about getting it perfect. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We got married during the weekend Hurricane Helene hit. Prior to the wedding, Jo was very communicative whenever I had any questions and easy to work with. On the day of, with no communication throughout the Asheville area, we were not sure what to expect and were not able to get in touch with many of our vendors. Rachael showed up to our apartments ready to go and was able to adapt based on whatever we needed. She was AWESOME! She did a fabulous job with our family members’ hair as well as my hair and make up. She helped to make a more difficult wedding day full of joy and celebration! Cannot say enough good things about our bridal and wedding party makeup and hair with Hannah and Rachael. I don't typically like heavy makeup/hair looks on myself. Whenever I spent $$$ to have hair and makeup to be in other weddings it never quite looked exactly the way I'd hoped. As a bride, I debated getting both done, but my goodness it was worth the money. Hannah was wonderful about listening to my needs and allowing me to choose how heavy we went with face/eye makeup and respected my decision not to do lashes. I have never felt more beautiful than the way she did my hair and makeup on my wedding day, she truly worked some magic. My hair looked more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Both Hannah and Rachael did wonderful with my friends and sisters who also had services done and were friendly and professional making the wedding day stress-free.
