The environment is nice and clean I will give that 5 stars….it’s the pedicure itself the reason I gave 2 stars. This is my first time coming here. I never usually get my toes done anywhere else besides my usual place but they were full and I didn’t want to wait…..Long story short, this Pedi definitely was not worth the price. The older man did my toes. I chose the spa package which is a step up from the basic pedi. My toes look the same way they did before I went in. My toe nails are all different shapes. My toes look like a kid painted them. The work is sloppy. The stuff wasn’t trimmed/cleaned from around my toes and u can see it from the pictures. I’m scared to even wear my toes out for my birthday. I’m gonna try to shape them and fix them up myself. I will not return if he’s doing my pedi.

I love going here they really take their time. They dont rush. They have an entire menu of pedicures and manicures to choose from. Hot stone treatments, all kinds of exfoliating options. The prices are quite reasonable and they offer a 10% Student discount. AND they have a punch-card you can use over time to get $10 off. They take appointments, I'd recommend getting one as they are usually pretty busy.

I have been 4 times in the last two months. Each time, my nails have the same problem, the acrylic chips on the sides. JUST the sides, as if the sides were not properly covered. I pointed this out and the lifting of the acrylic from the nail tip. I was told that it's because I like a thin layer. That's not the case. It's a poor application technique. During my last visit, I let the manicure tech apply it as he chose. Today is Wednesday, I was in this past Thursday, and I have several nails that have chipped under the acrylic, and a thumb has chopped the nail and acrylic.

Yen does a good job on pedicures. I've had her for the last three visits.

Under the manicure desk was covered with nail dust. So, your fresh pedicure is sliding around in nail dust.

I will never return to this place again. I went in to get a color change on fingers and toes with gel polish, and was charged $60. Hwy robbery without a gun. Not to mention, she rushed it, and it looks streaked.
I should had just got a full blown mani and pedi for that price.
Great way to get returned business.

Really disappointed with my experience. I never get my nails done so I was so excited to get them done for a trip to the beach. After the 1st day on vacation my nails starting collecting gunk and I couldn’t get it off(picture attached). I had to take the polish off after the second day because everyone was commenting on how bad my nails looked and asking what was on them. I have never had this happen with any nail salon before, so I tried to call and explain the situation. I thought a refund would be fair because I just wanted my nails to look nice for my trip and it ended up being embarassing because they looked so bad. They only offered to repolish my nails, which have been without polish for over a week now because of my trip. I also am a busy person and do not have time to go back and get them re-done. When I tried to get reasonable compensation for my failed service the owner turned completely rude and wouldn’t take responsibility. I do not have the money or time to get my nails done often so I am very sad this happened. I have also never left a bad review anywhere before but shocked by the rudeness of the owner.

Henry did my Manicure and Predicure. He was wonderful and will be setting appointments with him when I return. It was so worth the money.

My 12 yr old daughter wanted to get her nails done for the very first time for her birthday so we went here.They got her in fast and did a great job charged 60.00 but 7 days later one of her nails broke so we went back to get it fixed ...it was free for the repair but the repair was not up to par.It was not shaped the same as her other nails and it was and it sideways!?Needless to say I guess we will find another place to go next time !I tried to attach a picture but it wouldn't let me !

this is honestly the best nail salon in northport. i love this place i have been coming here for forever and this time they did an EXCELLENT job i got seated right when i got there and they started i did mess up my toes as you can see bc i’m clumsy but i was to scared to ask them to fix it bc they was just so nice ?. they talk right when you get in there make you feel welcomed. i love it
