Had the pleasure of meeting Jeri at the Mac counter and she is absolutely amazing!!!! So helpful and knowledgeable about Mac products, skin types etc. She so professional and kind!

I had the best service from Jeri! She went above and beyond to find my right lip shade. Extremely attentive and patient service as I went through multiple different colours! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a very positive experience with artist Jeri. She was so helpful in showing me how to do color correction. Also, the new Studio fix fluid foundation looks very natural and feels light on the skin. Highly recommended!

Today I brought six empty lipstick cases to get a free one. The heavy weight African American girl with the long red hot straight hair was not pleasant at all. She seemed annoyed along with her co-worker who looks Latino. I will NOT be going back to this MAC.

I had a scheduled appointment with a make up artist for my wedding on dec 15,2019. He went mia and no one in Macy’s would help me. I ran all over downtown Brooklyn to find someone to help. I stopped in Mac city point emotional and frantic the cosmologists where booked and expressed that an appointment needed to be made. But once my maid of honor explained the situation they immediately stepped in for both of us. Finished in record time and also did a better job than he does!!! I truly appreciate these ladies.
