Monty at Looks does amazing work. I have been visiting Looks since quite a while now and he is doing best works for males. I recently had my wedding and i got all my haircuts and beard setting done from him. Consider him for men haircut if you are visiting Good Earth.

Very poor experience. Paid a premium for such low quality services.

1. Haircut - pretty ordinary. Despite multiple requests to shorten the length, the hair dresser wanted to keep the length long per his liking. Doesn’t feel like there was a haircut at all. After 2 days, it looks untidy and uneven.
2. Shave - worst experience ever. My face was burning like crazy ! The other staff member was quick to get me some relief and admitted his colleague dint do it properly.
3. Service - very very ordinary. The managers were busy chatting behind the counter. I had to request them to enter the points in the system.

Not the kind of experience one would want after paying a premium. Visit only if you want ordinary services at high prices.

I had a very disappointing experience at Looks Salon. The staff was unprofessional and did not seem skilled enough for the job. My haircut was poorly done, and despite pointing out what I wanted, they missed the mark completely. On top of that, the service took over an hour, which is much longer than expected. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not worth the time or money.

Me and my mother met Harish for our hair needs. He guided us what's best for us . On the day he provided full attention to detail and we both are really happy with the results. Thank you Harish for looking after us and he is great at his job plus he is really polite and a good listener.

Worst customer service , so much attitude when I tried to give feedback. The owner turned away and the lady at the counter looked away. As we walked out, the staff started laughing and mocking. Not good for women, disrespectful and unprofessional. This franchise is the worst looks. I would avoid and go to monsoon pro or Geetanjali instead in good earth.

I have been a member of this salon for a few years now and have had multiple services, including hair treatments, coloring, and haircuts. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing.

Haircuts: One of the worst experiences I had was with a haircut that was cut way too short, despite my clear instructions. It took years to grow my hair back, and I will never trust them with a haircut again.

Hair Coloring: I have been using their hair color packages for regular touch-ups. However, they never seem to cover all the gray hair. Each time I have to point this out, and while they do offer a second appointment to fix it, the staff tends to be rough and rude during the process. For the premium prices they charge, this level of service is unacceptable.

Customer Service: I've noticed many similar reviews online, and while the management occasionally responds, I haven't seen any real improvements. It seems like they're not genuinely interested in addressing these issues.

Overall, my experience at this salon has been very disappointing, and I won't be returning. I hope the management takes these reviews seriously and makes the necessary improvements for the sake of future customers.
