I hired Kiss & Makeup for my wedding day and I am so incredibly happy! We had 4 hair and makeup artists there and they did AMAZING. Everyone was done on time and looked beautiful! As the bride, I have never felt more beautiful. My hair and makeup was everything I wanted and more! Communication and professionalism was astounding. Channing and Bailey made my bridal hair and makeup dreams come true! I could not be more happy!

One star is honestly too generous. One of my dear friends got married September 1st and I just wanted to inform everyone about the unfortunate experience we had with Kiss & Makeup, DFW.

A trial was completed prior to the wedding and it was also confirmed on August 11th. A schedule had been sent and everything was clearly outlined in the contract.

The hair & makeup team was expected to arrive around 8am-8:30am. Several members of the bridal party and the wedding planner all reached out when the team did not arrive on time and no one was able to get in contact with them. The numbers provided went straight to voicemail. Around 9:30am we did go into a bit of panic mode ~obviously~, still getting no response. We had 8/9 hair & makeups needed and a total of $2,137 that already been paid.

Thankfully the wedding planner was able to get someone to come in and help us with hair and get the bride her makeup?The rest of the bridal party and mother of the bride were left to do their own with short notice. The makeup artist finally responded at around 12:30 pm (we all needed to be fully ready by 1pm) Her response to was that she thought the wedding was next weekend.

Everyone did end up recieving a refund but that type of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. If you are a 2024/2025 bride and have booked with them AND hair/makeup is important to you on your wedding day… I would consider finding service elsewhere or plan a backup in the event that this occurs again.

Channing and her team are amazing. They made the getting ready portion of my wedding day so much fun for my bridal party and the moms. They are so talented and work very efficiently. For those of us that had no direction for what we wanted, they had perfect ideas for each person's hair and makeup and for those who knew exactly what they wanted, they absolutely nailed it. My whole bridal party was incredibly happy with how everything turned out and I can't thank Channing and the rest of the team enough. The price of services was very reasonable and worth every penny. I would 100% recommend any bride in the DFW area to book Kiss and Makeup DFW!
