I had a fantastic experience at Hairrari getting my hair color retouched. Noah did an amazing job lifting the roots and bleaching my hair evenly. Since my hair was already dry, they took care to protect the ends while removing bleach in the necessary areas. The environment at Hairrari is comforting and inclusive, with friendly staff and a cool decor. The products used smelled great, and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend it and plan to return!

I was in town from LA, and I didn't have time to get a haircut before leaving (I go to the LA Hairrari) so I scheduled an appointment with Steve at the East Village location. It was a great experience! I have the classic fade undercut haircut, and he sharpened and cleaned me up. He made me look and feel a million times better when leaving the shop. He was also very chill and conversation was natural and easy. I'm not typically a chatty person, but he made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely continue booking with Steve whenever I'm in NYC. Thank you!

I've been seeing Alex at the East Village location for a year now and every experience is fantastic. She's always on time, attentive, and friendly! I love going to this place. I went to Alex specifically because I wanted to make a dramatic change with my short hair and I was thrilled from the first cut. Also each subsequent visit has been a joy since she never assumes I wanted the same thing again every time. Can't recommend Alex more highly!

Had a great time and cut with Steve. I love the cut I got. Many people complimented me. Made me feel safe as a queer person and he never asked me why I wanted a short cut like other barbers.

Run don’t walk to get your haircut with Alex. She listened to exactly what I wanted and asked the right clarifying questions to get to the end result. She had such a chill energy and will meet you where you’re at. Best haircut I’ve had in years, 10/10, no notes, will be returning to her chair the next time I need a cut.

Had my first appointment at Hairrari with Steve and it was a great experience! I described what I wanted and shared some photos with Steve and he said that I seemed to be trying to achieve a classic shag cut. It brought my curls back out and he also suggested layering my bangs which solved a lot of my natural styling issues. My hair is less weighed down and more low maintenance now. Steve was very friendly and professional and efficient. I couldn’t recommend more!

Got my hair done by Athena ?❤️ they took reference photos I sent and created exactly what I envisioned for a cut/ color. So easy to talk to, and the first professional haircut I have ever been happy with! I live in Oregon and have already made plans to fly out for my next cut and color, that’s how good they are.

Great spot to get a funky cut. The host was sincerely friendly and welcoming.
I had my hair cut with Steve Kim and he is truly friendly, awesome personality and a master in his feild. After showing him a pic of what I wanted he quickly went to work, exceeding my expectations.
