If I could zero stars I would, says she accepts walk ins but will make you wait over an hour just to kick you out and say she can’t do your cut. Didn’t even tell me I could come sit when she was finally ready just turned the chair. I was given a “bye bye” and wave mid sentence and told she wasn't the hairstylist for me because I asked for a mullet. Should be called buzzcuts by Laurie since she refuses to do anything else

Very Unfriendly and dismissive. No greeting just pointed at the seat. She asked me what I wanted ( which was very simple) buzz the sides and back high fade to no fade leave length on top (longer in the front tapered towards the back) said she couldn't do it.... seriously.
Terrible seeing as I use to get this cut from her 10 years ago.
Apparently she doesn't want business and only wants to give the cuts she wants to give.
(Response to lori's reply) No need to be rude dismissive or short with your customers Lori. I thought you would appreciate some business (seein your lot is pretty much empty every time i drive past. I'm apparently not worth your time. Good luck.

I walked in with my 11 year old and she nastily/rudely said “I don’t do kids anymore” I said nicely that Joey is very good (it’s not like he’s 5) and she looked at me with the most nasty miserable attitude and repeated “I DONT DO KIDS ANYMORE.” That energy was some of the worst/most miserable I’ve ever been around. Glad I wasted 30 minutes in drive time for that. Myself as a business owner- I couldn’t imagine treating anyone like that. She’s clearly a very unhappy person.

Great haircut and great company everytime for me and my boy. Honest conversation, fair price, fast service. I love how Lori engages with my 6 year old son. You might not expect it but she's a natural with kids and not so bad with adults either!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Brought my 4 year old and left within 3 minutes of interacting with her. I took his cape off and grabbed him out of the chair, that’s how bad it was. 100% would NOT recommend. She was not wearing a mask either.

edit: her sarcastic response below only proves my point. Take your business elsewhere!! Go to Hairy Tales in Plymouth!! 🙂
