So glad that we found Lori, last minute I decided I wanted to have bangs cut in again. I had a vision in mind, but Lori suggested something different that was MUCH more suitable for my hair and I'm very happy with my hair now. I'm so glad she gave me her expert input instead of just doing what I had asked for. I can confidently say I trust her with my hair. All of our family has our hair cut by Lori and always have a pleasant experience.

Lori was absolutely amazing. I've done a lot of damage to my hair, and I'm trying to fix it as much as I can. I was nervous about cutting too much off, as I have a chubby face, but I also wanted the damage cut off so as not to damage the healthy stands by splitting up. Lori was very open and honest with me about where the most damage was and assured me that we only needed to get the really damaged length off and go slow so I'm not uncomfortable with the length. She was also very aware of how certain lengths don't look good on every face shape, which I love because I've been to plenty of places that don't take that into account at all. She dry-cut my length, which in my opinion is the best way to go because when the hair is wet it's longer, and as it dries it shrinks up, so you could end up with way shorter hair than expected from doing a wet cut. She was super knowledgeable and friendly and didn't pressure me into buying anything or doing anything I wasn't comfortable with. The inside of the building is beautiful as well. It has the original Victorian style ceiling patterns and was so clean and vibrant with a ton of natural light, which is always the best for really seeing what things will look like. 10/10 recommend. I'll absolutely be back!

LORI IS INCREDIBLE!! I originally came to her with insanely damaged hair and she’s helped me through getting it beautiful and healthy again. My husband and my sons also get their haircut from her exclusively and she is phenomenal. The best around, 10/10. 100000 stars.

We love Lori! Shes been cutting my sons hair since age 2 til not 4.5. My sensitive boy has never shed a tear when its her and she does an amazing job! Always does design in the side amazingly. Ive been so happy with her cuts on me and so has my teen. Shes truly the best and super sweet!!!

Thank you for trying to get my son's hair cut. For what he let you do, it looks great. We will definitely come back for another attempt in the future. You tried your best with all the distractions and making do with what you could, I think it was money well spent. Sorry for the mess afterwards.
