Every time I come here the service is absolutely wonderful! It doesn’t matter if they are crowded or empty the quality of work never changes. This is one of the few hidden gems that continues to put forth beautiful work. Not to mention the prices are so reasonable. Heidi does the best gel x nails ever! Vincent is a magician with designs! And Katy did an absolutely amazing job with my pedicure such a perfectionist! I will always recommend this place to all my friends and family! You will feel like family here!

1st time here. It was a Friday so I knew they might be busy so I made sure to call when I was ready to head out and they said they'd take me in now . Arrived and there was no wait time. Vinh did my acrylic short nails and a women did my gel pedicure. Total was $ 86. I can see he was rushing a bit as more people were arriving. He forgot to buff out the nails at the end but I asked her to do it and she did.

This place has really gone downhill, and I'm so sad about it because I've been a customer since before it became gummee nails. Last year I had my nails and toes done and had to deal with a nasty cut the lady made while doing my toes. Fast forward to this year I had another woman make a nasty cut on both of my big toes. I was so upset because of the pain it caused and it also prevented me from being able to enjoy the beach or get into the water with my family visiting from out of town. And they had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I gave a tip just for the guy that did my nails but not the girl that cut my toes, but I even regret giving him a tip because two of my nails broke in half after trying to open a new package of toilet tissue. And this occurred before it even made one week. I've never had such a bad experience with my nails and toes. Here it is 3 weeks since and I still have to wait before I can go back to my regular nail salon to get my toes done because my toes have not fully healed from the cuts. I'm actually still in a lot of pain. The only reason why I gave this place another chance after messing up last year was because this was my original nail salon that I used to go to. But I stopped and started going to luminous nail bar in Cerritos. The only reason I didn't go to luminous this month was due to the fact it was already booked out for the entire month. But next time I will just have to wait until they are available again because I will never go back to gummee nails. I paid $110 for something that should have only cost $50 for the poor job they did and that's just to be nice. For a job that bad they really shouldn't have been paid anything.

I am not the type to leave bad reviews, but gosh they really do deserve this one. They offered to redo them, which they did, but they were WORSE.
Make sure your gel manicure coats cure every time you put them under that UV light bc the manicurist won’t. I went on Friday and was so upset as soon as I got off the chair. The manicure looked so bad that I wanted to cry. I called them and messaged them on Instagram and they told me to come in and they would fix it. I came in again, they redid them, and as soon as I got in the car, I saw that the paint was lumpy & wrinkled underneath, which meant that it wasn’t cured correctly. Pretty sure this is what gives people contact dermatitis. Rushed to Target to get acetone and sure enough as soon as I start filing, it peels right off and it’s wet and sticky underneath. I even tipped both times. These are pictures of my nails. The one with the circle in the middle is the glob that came off 1 of my nails because it wasn’t dry/cured. Most of them were squishy so I knew. Waste of time and money. Oh and they made me bleed on 3 cuticles.

What they use for the gel x nails seems very cheap and weak! My nails have basically all broken in a span of a week! I have had gel x nails done somewhere else and even after 2-3 weeks none of them broke so this was a waste of $55 plus tip

The best customer service! The best quality! I absolutely love this nail shop! I’ve been to my share of nail shops around the Norwalk/bellflower area and I cannot tell you enough about how they do not compare to this place. Vincent and his sisters are the kindest!
