In June of 2022 we bought an English bulldog puppy paid 2,500 for puppy and papers ( we never got) after many trips to our vet for many health issues it was recommended by our vet that we have our puppy put to sleep. Prior to putting the puppy put to sleep we kept trying to contact her for our papers we never received, we never were contacted back after leaving many messages. We believe that since we never received our papers and with the health issues that our dog was inbred. I would never recommend buying any animal from this seller.

Horrible Experience. Spent $4,500 on a misleading commercial gelding, and attempted to get a refund but Pat went silent. It unfortunately had to be taken to court. Judge was in our favor and now we wait and pray for a rightful return. I do not recommend this seller when it comes to the purchase of an equine, being able to trust or even communicate with her.

Bred our mares in 2018. Should have done better research on Pat. She never sent off the breeding report so we haven't been able to register our babies. I have 2 super nice yearlings without papers at the moment. Do your research. I do NOT recommend doing any business with this lady.

Paid $3500 for a puppy that did not make it a year. I was tapped out financially and could not afford a necropsy. Pat faires showed 0 remorse and did not help in the slightest then blocked me on Facebook for no reason. Horrible person to do business with.

I would highly recommend anyone avoid this place they are dishonest and don’t follow up they say one thing and do another really sad situation for the horse world
