I went in with no appointment in the hope of changing my Tragus jewelry - that I had done 1 year ago - and Yordan was very nice and helpful explaining why I should stick with the stud until my piercing is 100% healed. He removed my current jewelry to clean it and to clean the site and told me to wait until getting the hoop that I’ve wanted.
Super recommend their service, everyone was really nice there.
