I recently had a very disappointing experience with a cashier named SANDY at this CVS. On multiple occasions, she has displayed a consistently negative attitude and has spoken rudely to customers, myself included. During my most recent visit, she used inappropriate and offensive language which is completely unacceptable. She even stated that she didn’t care about her job, which is troubling from someone working in customer service. I hope CVS management addresses this behavior immediately to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all customers.

A huge CVS. Super clean. All the sales staff today was friendly & helpful especiallyRuth in Beauty who re-pierced my ear. She has excellent training, knowledge & experience w piercings- & re-piercings can be tricky. I trusted her. They feel great. They offer a nice selection of earrings too from $25 and up; surgical steel & gold-plated options.
The piercing is free w purchase of earrings.
If you are a CVS rewards member you get the 4 oz stud-ex leaning solution free. Plus she gave me a couple freebie samples. 5stars. It’s not in my neighborhood but worth the drive.

The staff here are very kind and friendly. With the amount of theft Going on—I literally witnessed a burglary at a different store the very same day—I’m baffled at how they’re not jaded. The manager—I wish I remembered his name—a Middle-aged Hispanic man with glasses—Was very patient with me when I was trying to get my Apple Pay to work and was a great conversationalist. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I wish I had remembered her name but I know it started with an "N" .... anyway, she was the best pharmacist hands-down that I have ever been to or ever even seen. She did a fantastic job. She was quick. She was accurate. She was kind she was by herself and she did an absolutely amazing job.!!!! Very very impressed & satisfied. if I could give her 10 stars I would give her 10 stars. I will find out her name and update this review cuz she deserves the recognition.!!!

Their pharmacy call in is terrible. Give the automated message all the information to see if a script is ready for pickup and they say they can’t find you in the system. Go to get it and it’s been ready and ALL of the information including your number is correct but they never notify you. Trying to just talk to someone on the phone makes you want to jump off a cliff.

I went in to pick up a prescription the other night and was lucky enough to get to see Narges. Narges is such a wonderful person who goes above and beyond for her customers making sure we all have our prescriptions, she goes out of her way and above and beyond. Narges is the hardest working pharmacist and one of the most focused, hardest working people I've encountered. Her customer service is second to none. There are times where I ran out of a prescription I needed really badly and she went above and beyond, even setting herself behind in her work for the night to fill my prescription and make sure I was taken care of. I've also witnessed her do this for others while waiting in line. She also has a really warm, friendly, welcoming, pretty smile that always makes my night when I see her!! I'm very lucky to have Narges as a pharmacist and so is CVS. Narges is a big reason I look forward to picking my prescriptions up at this CVS location and haven't switched to Walgreens across the street from me.

There is a rude cashier that my boyfriend and I have encountered today. She did not greet us at first which was fine but became seemingly annoyed when my boyfriend didn't print out a receipt or want a bag for our items. Very strange behavior. A shame that her southern accent did not come with any southern hospitality. :/
