Charlene is an absolute pro. I wanted a minimal look for my wedding (and to not look like a dolled up princess, which so many make-up artists seem to do). Charlene did a perfect job.
She also knew exactly how to manage my curls, and gave me helpful advice on options.

Charlene was a professional and was such a delight to work with. She helped with making my wedding day extra special. I don't normally wear make-up on a day to day basis, and don't often do a lot with my hair, so I thought I would just need to deal with being uncomfortable for the whole day, however Charlene was able to utilise her skills to make me feel pretty AND comfortable for a whole day!

Charlene is an amazing hairdresser! She is very experienced and can work with lots of different hairstyles. She recently agreed to be the hair artist for my wedding at the last minute and was fantastic. We were so happy with the hairstyles and everything that was orgainised for the day. Charlene was super easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend her services to everyone.

Charlene did my hair and makeup, as well as the hair for all my bridesmaids, stepmum and MIL. She had the help of a second MUA, Mel, who did the makeup for everyone else. Both were so fantastic and delivered on every person's brief. Charlene was so easy to communicate with and everything from booking in the trial to doing makeup and hair on the day went so incredibly smoothly. She is very talented, listens carefully and always checks in along the way. I was so pleased with my end look, as was everyone else. Everything stayed in place perfectly during the event and photographed incredibly well. Would very much recommend Charlene's services to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and talented MUA and team!

Charlene gave fantastic service and results. From my bridal makeup trial right through my morning preparations. Charlene's attention to my needs and her professional manner quickly built my trust in her for my wedding day. I wanted a look between natural and soft glamour which she definitely achieved. Very much recommend for your wedding look! Charlene did hair & makeup for myself & members of family & bridal party. She came to my parent's house, stuck to time, professional communication before & after, and deftly adapted to different skin & hair types in mixed ages. Personally, I wanted to still feel like myself even if made up, and Charlene definitely achieved this. And my look stayed in place all night! I didn't do a trial (though they are on offer) and honestly had no absolutely firm idea on what I wanted, more of a vibe. Charlene nailed it!

Charlene did my hair and make up for a black tie work function and absolutely nailed the brief and was able to interpret my wishes perfectly. She did a great job with my wavy hair working with my natural curl creating a simple but elegant hair style right on brief and reference images. I will definitely book with Charlene again next time.
