I had originally ordered a blue dress from here in December, and the owner was nice enough to contact me to inform me they sold out of the dress , but was willing to compensate me with another item without extra charge. The customer service was awesome and I love my hoodie. It got to me in a timely fashion and its very cute, and perfect for this cold weather!
