I paid great money!! my conduit for my power collapsed, light never works. My water pump barely works half the time many replacements. My Hayward heater is currently not working and had trouble last year because it was collapsed. Not to mention how long it took to figure out what’s going on…. No one will come back and fix it. You give them a little bit of a smart mouth because they deserve it and They seem to not even care!!! Do not use them they do not appreciate the money you give them, and you cannot appreciate their work oh, and my liner was cut too short to begin with at the end and then they was going to charge me to pull up and clip it there with little white thingies to keep it up. Are you kidding me? I’m about to go back to that store and get a full print out of everything I spent and maybe all the People that got the same type of service as I did should maybe get together

Billed me over a year later for a filter, which, is fine. I paid.

Recently, Asked them to schedule a pressure check my lines and called multiple times… no one ever returned my calls. I need the lines pressure checked because I don’t want to replace the liner if the lines are busted under concrete, yet they were wanting me to buy the liner before I did that. This could’ve resulted in me buying the liner BEFORE I know whether there is damage to the lines which would result in me simply filling the pool with dirt.

They said the cost of the liner could be thousands more depending on the situation under the old liner… I asked if I could pay to have that liner removed before I decided on replacing it or filling in the pool with dirt…they don’t give an answer and don’t call back.

They are disorganized, unprofessional, and want to sell you items (which you pay for in advance) despite the fact that you may never hear from them again, you don’t know if you’ll even need that item because they haven’t inspected the pool, and even then they are hard to trust because they are not reliable.

They were hired by the previous home owners to install a pool liner in an inground pool. I would try to do the liner myself before I ever dealt with them again. Was told for over a month they're were going to start next Monday, then next Thurs. Finally when they installed it, it looked like there were a few thousand marbles underneath the liner. They wouldn't answer nor return a phone. They would screen the calls from my phone and not answer then answer from another number.. First and only experience I'll have with them. I'd hire anyone rather than these people. I don't understand how they're still in business with the dealings I had with them.

Lies, lies, lies..... Go elsewhere, they won't return your calls and make stuff up about even stuff you ordered are shipped. Finally got what I ordered more than 6 weeks after I was supposed to receive. I had to install my liner myself bc they kept pushing my time further and further back.

We contacted them in May 2022 didn’t show up till end of June, told we need a new pool liner. It will just take 2 weeks they said. It’s now towards end of July!!! No liner installed yet! Summer will be over !!! Don’t tell lies to sell a product! Tell the Truth!

One star for the person who came out to look at pool. That was a month ago. Keep saying they need to hear from distributor for price. Went in a 2nd time today (after calling once a week or so) and still nothing. I’d like to get everything else done and we can wait on the distributor this winter. Can you call the distributor again? No, owner does that. Can I get the price on everything but the item we’re waiting on...we don’t know, only the owner has that info. After a month? Can you call or text him? No, he don’t have signal where he is. Well, what is your job here if you can’t make calls, don’t estimate or even try the owner due to the month wait already? Just answer phones and inside sales. Great! Tell the owner to call us...I’m trying to give you my business, but you’re not helping me any here. If I don’t get a call today, I’ll be calling their competitor.

Wouldn't start when they said they would, couldn't get ahold of anyone so had to drive down there. They screen calls. Messed up first time putting liner in so finishing got delayed. Then they left a mess on the property including their own trash from bottles scattered every where. Awful business, would not recommend.
