Barbi was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our entire mortgage process. We were first time homebuyers who were often confused, but she was patient with us and took the time to explain things thoroughly, always answering our many questions. She was very responsive during off-business hours and often worked to help us on nights and weekends. She guided us when we weren't sure of things and worked closely with us to get the best mortgage package for our needs.
