I have been coming to Barbi Nail a lot recently, and I try to make an appointment every time. When I arrive, there is hardly any waiting before someone is ready for me, and their appointments are always on time. All of the girls are very sweet, asking me what services I need and offering a variety of color options. It's a great place to relax and pamper yourself after a long day. I highly recommend it!

This is my first time at Barbi Nail, and Christine did an excellent job. Since I was a first-time customer, I was a bit confused. Christine was very thoughtful and explained the differences between each type of nail to me. She didn't just recommend the most expensive options, but instead asked about my daily activities and recommended the ones that would suit me. The conversation during the process was very relaxing, and I will definitely come back again.

I’ve never written a review like this before, but I just can’t not say something with the experience I had with this place. I recently moved to this area and tried this place, since it’s near me and it has got to be the worst salon experience I’ve ever had to date. I intended to get my nails done for graduation, and it was my first salon experience in a long time and the person who did my nails messed them up at least 4 separate times (smudges, not done properly, things were like in the nails) and each time she just rushed and made it worse, I even had another nail tech try and fix what this woman did, but they were still awful. The woman said they were dry so I paid, pretty much with tears in my eyes, infuriated and upset that they just weren’t done right even though I was there for over two hours. Upon paying, the man who took my payment “what about our tip” and walked me out, pointed next door to the hair salon and said they had an ATM. He then proceeded to stand in the doorway, watching me and ushering me to go next door to give it to them. I did so just fed up and they did just spend all of that time fixing these nails regardless, went in my car and my nails ended up not being dry and smudged once again anyway and left messed up. Absolutely worst service of my life, which is unfortunate.

everything is clean and neatly organized
they’re disinfect the work stations as soon as the service is complete. Polite and helpful. Reasonable pricing, on par with other salons.
A few years ago I was in a wheelchair and they did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable.

I’ve been going here for almost two years and I feel like family! Everyone is so welcoming and say hello as soon as you walk through the door. I always make an appointment and I’m seen right away... it’s clean, professional and they do an amazing job! I bring everyone I know here and they all say the same! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this place!

Such a nice experience! Went here for the first time yesterday they stick to appointments and take their time and do not rush you out the door. Will be going only here from now on!
