Worstttttttttttt experience ever! Do not go here . I’m sure there is another nail shop like charms next door in ramsgate with at least a good quality manicure and manners. Staff were rude from the minute I walked in, charged me £5 to file 3 of my nails even though I asked them not too when I proceeded to pay for my pedicure, didn’t get any of the pedi service just a quick paint, didn’t even shape my toes. I initially booked to do my nails and feet but had to cancel my nails as they were ruining them, cutting them down when I said keep the length, rolling eyes when I said do you think this colour is nice? I was saving them time as I had previously got them shapped in another nail shop as I always do. Spoke about me in their language continuously, cut me when doing my nails and shapped them all wonky so I asked them to stop. I still paid £25 as wasn’t going to argue with them but very rude and would neverrrrrr return or recommend.

Went for my second(just had to come back to this place after my visit a couple months ago) mani-pedi with gel polish today and let's say not only do they not disappoint but also exceed expectations. Booking is very easy, just a call away. Both of the nail technicians were very efficient, friendly and just overall an absolute pleasure. Both times I came out very happy with my nails and my cuticles. And the cherry on top - the pedicure chair is not only very comfortable but also gives you a nice back massage.

Beautiful nails but the wait inbetween processes can be a while as the nail technicians dont just work on one person at a time. Wouldn't stop me going back though!

just had my nails done here! was amazing moved out of the area a while ago and hadn’t been in years but rang up for an appointment straight away ! good prices and very fast thanks so much xxx
