I can not be more clear on how nice these guys are. Went in yesterday to get an order I had placed online. Let me tell you these guys were super helpful. We came in kinda late almost closing time and these guys were still helpful.
First time coming here and let me say just by this experience I will be back.
A big thanks to Gino, Nick and Ardy. You guys are the best. Made my husband super comfortable buying what he needed. Even my 5 year old was happy with U guys. Thank u again

They are a bit more expensive than say Home Depot, but if you need sound advice on how to change that faucet or wire that smoke detector, or which type of bulb fits that funny compact florescent connector, or…..these were are all of the questions that I had and were answered by the super helpful staff. Lots of parking.

Had such a great experience with this location. The customer service from Arnold was the best I have ever experienced. He was incredibly knowledge and patient, i'd highly recommend asking for him if you need help with a project. Brittany was also very helpful.

James was simply outstanding. Firstly he greeted me with a friendly smile and then asked what I needed assistance with. James was very attentive and patiently listened to what I was looking for. After sharing my issue related to plumbing parts, which couldn't be resolved by many other stores and their associates, he found the correct parts in just one minute and showed me how to use them. What a wonderful customer service, I wish all associates at stores were as fabulous knowledgeable and helpful as James! Thank you!

P.S: James definitely needs a praise and raise!

Richard was beyond helpful and kind! A rare combination to find these days. My front license plate came off at the car wash and this gentleman came out to my car not twice, but three times to ensure it was not falling off again. He picked out the screws and screwed right back into place for me. He went out of his way and made my day. Thanks very much Richard! Hope the world can be more like you!

Great alternative to Home Depot and Lowe's. Lots of every day items especially if you have a BBQ grill.
Stop by for yourself. You will probably buy something.

I passed by the store by accident, I went in to look for a Plumber’s tape that I had been planning to get, since I just recently installed a water filter, without the seal it’s leaking. So I went in without carrying any cash and cards with me (I went there after class, I don’t usually carry my wallet with me on a normal school day), not knowing that Apple Pay is not accepted (the machine can’t do pay wave), that puts me an awkward situation. And this very nice young man who works as a cashier in the next counter just came up and helped me pay it!! I was so grateful, I wanted to Venmo him back but he refused, so I said I’ll come back tomorrow to pay you in cash. And he said today is actually his last day working here. This guy just made my day, ACE you hired the right people, please treat your employees well.❤️ May god bless his kind soul, and wish him the best in everything he does his life.
