This nail salon was close to where I was at the time, but I should have read the reviews. This place is honestly pretty terrible. The manicurist (Erika) cut my cuticles to the point where I was bleeding. Then, she goes to say that “she didn’t do that” and “I’m the one who made them bleed” which in reality is not true because she knew she cut me. Not only that but she left the color from the previous gel color. $45 for a gel manicure and have this as a result is unacceptable. On top of it all, all my nails were uneven as you can see by the pictures. I paid $45 for this yet I had to go home and fix everything she did, while having painful cuticle cuts she did. I do not recommend this place, possibly the worse nail salon I have ever gone to.

Love this place! I’m in town for a conference, this place is located close to my hotel. It was quick and easy to make a same day appointment. Instantly greeted when I walked in and no wait. Linda did a spectacular job with my nails. I mentioned to her that my nails don’t look good short but if they’re too long I hit them on stuff constantly. She recommended coffin shape (I’ve always done square round). The coffin shape is perfect. She was very thorough and high attention to detail.

It was was amazing. The massage on my feet and legs was unbelievable. Jenny managed to even polish my super short nails and made them look amazing. My hands and feet the feel like heaven. Astrid did my daughter’s nails and feet and went above and beyond. They completely exceeded expectations. Lynda nailed the flame design my daughter wanted, matched her teams logo. Hands down best experience of any nail salon I have been to in my travels. This will be a must do when we come to Florida for cheer.

We have the pleasure of walking into Rina Nails late last month for a manicure and pedicure. We were greeted promptly and the staff were extremely nice. My youngest had a manicure by Carmen, who was patient with her (she’s four) and did the cutest little Mickey and Minnie designs on her nails.

Pricing was good, it was clean and the massaging chairs were great. Our next trip to Orlando in 2025 will include a stop here again. It was the perfect location outside of the Marriott we were staying at.

Thank you to Carmen and staff, we will definitely be coming back!

They were able to fit 5 pedicures in an hour and a half before they closed. We were celebrating a birthday and decided to do pedicures, called at 5 and they said if we come soon they could do it and they did! They have stickers for pedicures with regular polish and can di designs with gel polish

I went in to get a nail dip and shellac pedicure this past Sunday. For the nail dip, I picked a color that looked like a light muave (I didn't want anything too bright since I was attending a conference for work the next day). Then, my nail tech helped pick out a color that was similar to the nail dip swatch.

Halfway through the nail dip process, I noticed that the color looked very bright and asked if that is how they would look in the end. My nail tech told me no, it would look just like the swatch once she got done. Once she was done, it still looked very bright, so I asked if that was how the swatch looked. Once we held the swatch up to my nails, it was several shades lighter (color of my toes was how the swatch looked). When I pointed this out, the owner said it was the same color, but the base swatch was white, so that's why it looked so different. This still didn't make sense to me because I get nail dip all the time and have never had that issue, so another nail tech added a couple more layers to the nail swatch and finally got it to look like the color of my nails. She said the nail swatch must've only had 1 layer, which is why it looked so different. I pointed out that the nail swatch should be representative of how the color would turn out, and there wouldn't ever be a scenario where they would only put 1 layer on anyone. She agreed and said they could redo my nails from scratch, but it would have to be tomorrow because they were closing. I had a conference to attend, so that would not have worked for me. The owner just just kept saying it was still a nice color and proceeded to charge me the full price of $95 for my entire service. On top of it, while my nail tech was very nice and apologetic, she had accidentally cut my cuticles and made them bleed in 4+ spots.

Would not go back there.
