I was not having an option to give this particular nails extension brand 0 stars so giving it 1 star. Guys , I got my nails done from them and took home service, they sent their guy and he did the worst job ever. After 3 days of getting my extension done from them , my fingers started to swell and was hurting at another level . Would never ever recommend anyone to go and take service from them . Highly bad experience with this brand . Regret taking service from them .

I got my nails done on 16th July and within a week my nails were in bad condition.
Since i belong to Jaipur, i send message to the owner sharing the pics over insta and she genuinely felt bad at that time and said that the next time i visit, it will be on her and she will make sure i dont face such issue again
Last week i dropped her message and she was shocked when i asked about the same..she didn't agree to her previous commitment.

Horrible service . Untrained employees. Got a basic gel manicure done and they were not even able to get that right. And then she kept on trying to correct it by filing my skin till it started to hurt . Moreover none of them are clear about the pricing of each service . One employee says 500rs other says 800 rs . Don’t waste your money.

They are very rude and unprofessional and they are rude too
The staff name Ankit is a very unprofessional and they all are making money for their owner only and the owner herself is money minded person. The staff here will quote some amount before uh sit on their chair then after seeing your social status they ll increase their price and though after that ll speak so rudely and ruthlessly to you as if they are doing any favour to you. So unsatisfactory service over here don’t go to this place.

They have not done the nails that nicely, I see bubbling everywhere. Apart from that, the person who handles the socials- Tamanna is very very rude, she unnecessarily abused me for a fault of hers after which I was shocked how anyone could take that tone with me over their own fault…. Very bad taste. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 0 is because the woman there was very kind and realised that Tamanna is extremely unprofessional.

My wife has done with the nails here.Ankit one of the artist here is very rude and once they give you price earlier even they seen the work in pictures after the work they ask more money they quote earlier and later they accepted also their staff has given the lower price according to them strictly stay away if you want to feel ashamed pls do visit here.
