I realized I’ve never given my favorite place a review. I am absolutely obsessed with this salon! I’ve been going here for well over a year every month and it never disappoints. Hannah is amazing and will always be my go to! Her artistic skills and talent are truly incredible. Everyone here is so kind to me and my mother when we come in, which I am always thankful for. My sister goes to another salon (because she lives in another town) and her nails never last as long as mine do. Highly recommend this business to anyone!

I asked for the shape in the first picture, but a little bit longer. At first the lady gave me oval, I asked her to shape it more like the picture, then they were square, I asked her again to make it more rounded and showed her the picture again, then I got whatever this is. Every time I would ask her to fix it she would rudely grab my hand and interrupt me. They’re now shorter than I wanted because of how many times she did it wrong. One of the nails had bubbles on it and I asked her to fix it and she huffed and snatched my hand back, then she said “is this good” and bent my finger so far backwards I couldn’t see the top of my nail; she’s lucky I’m double jointed or my finger would have broken. I got them done yesterday and they already look a week grown out. She didn’t push back my cuticles or file my nails, which I asked her to do. My thumbs are two different shapes and every single one of them is crooked. And now this is what I’m stuck with for my senior prom. They also chased my friend out of the store and accused her of not paying and she had to go inside and uncrumple her receipt to prove that she did.

BEWARE I went in with long nails and left with barely any nails at all. The nail lady cut my nails way too short and didn’t even give the style of nails of the picture I showed her. She was smiling and laughing with the woman giving me a pedicure like nothing happened. I would choose a different salon before this one if you want what you ask for.

I would give zero stars but it’s not possible. Pedicure water was cold, pedicure was mediocre. And AFTER the pedi, they start to soak my dip. Forgetting about me until it all dried up with dip now under around my nails and all over my hands. I asked them to help and still nothing. After a half hour more, I left with nails undone. No wonder the place was empty and only 3 nail techs. SO EMBARRASING!

UPDATE: After a kind offer by the owner to come in and ​redo my nails, I decided to give this salon a second chance. Since I do not live in Mansfield, it took me a week to find time to get there. Once I finally did, the owners wife gave me a lecture about why I waited so long! Do you see a pattern? Another attitude once again! After being treated like a child who did something wrong, I just turned around and left. Time, gas and nerves wasted. Never again!

Original experience: It was okay. Would not be coming back. Will be trying other places instead. The reason why I chose Tresor, was because of the cute pink panda chairs, so I could take my daughter to a mother-daughter date. Pedicures were done very well, but the dip powder nails were a huge disappointment. Very rushed, uneven, unfinished. My real nail is still separated from the fake nail that was attempted to be glued on, and barely a week later, nails have cracked. $45 for those alone was a total waste of money. Moreover, considering that I had spent $100 for a 30 minute appointment, I received an attitude for needing to take my daughter to use a restroom, and then afterwards, for not giving that lady a tip for the poor job done.

Took my mom for pedicures as a mother's day gift. Not my usual place but they had decent reviews and we were close.
Bad decision. Its been 3 yes THREE days and ..well just look at the photos.
I've painted my toes at home and it lasts MONTHS!
My polish should not be peeling off.
My guy was not friendly whatsoever. AND was asking the woman doing my mom's what each product was...
We could have spent out $80 on dinner and I could have rubbed her feet and had a better time than this experience.
They will not refund and I do not want to ever go back.
My 2nd toe in isn't even even! I guess he didn't think I'd look and see this jagged toenail.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and to the same young lady.
From the moment you walk in you feel welcome, the care Kaycee takes to ensure my Mani-Pedi is perfect, in fact over the years I’ve stepped out from my conservative nail color to following trends and colors of each season.

I get my eyebrows waxed here. Kaycee does a great job with fine tuning your brows.

Also I tried “eyelash lift “ yes, my lashes and although they are already long the “ EyeLash Lift “ WOW! It is not permanent but just like getting a perm for your lashes eventually it will wash away.
I actually prefer it over extensions which oftentimes look fake. Lash lift you can go swimming and it looks natural. Oh ! I believe she tints as well.

I love Tresor nails! You don’t walk into a fancy Cattle corral you walk into excellent personal service from start to finish!

Summer is an awesome tech with impeccable skills. Hannah is rude ?. I asked if she would help the tech that was doing my pedicure, she denied ever doing my pedicure, and said l have other clients. I have been going here for over a year. She did the best pedicure I ever had there. On top of that the lady doing my feet today took two hours...I was late for my hair appt. The ceiling started to leak, I had to move chairs and no one said anything. I absolutely love the way summer does my nails, but I will not return.
