Jason customer service is HORRIBLE!!! AS much money as I spend in here and give them a tip every time I come here. Today he was about to do my nails and gave me the color book one minute later he asked me what color? I asked him if he could start my nails very rudely Jason said I can go sit back down and let someone else take the seat and he'll come back to me next. He's got so comfortable with handling people any kind of way in we still come in there in give him our money. And then he want you to pay cash. I promise you are never treated like this @ Classic Nails and Spa! In they are upto date with polish, styles, equipment and customer services for your nails. If you're looking for customer service you definitely won't find it @ Nail Studio.

I’ve been going here for years. I really like the two girls BUT I had the rude inconsiderate man today. If I ever go back there, I won’t use him. He acts like he hates his job. One of my feet has a fallen arch. It doesn’t sit straight on the chair, he tried to push on it and it hurt. Oh well, live and learn!!

This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to since moving to Tallahassee! The pedicure was 20 minutes if that it was mediocre at best but atleast the nail tech was pleasant. Now the nails are a whole different story, they were very sloppy there’s bubbles all over my nails on my thumb is a large powder mark that’s what I’m stuck with after having to ask the Very rude man to fix it twice. The white tips which were to big to start with then put way too far down on my nails and of course are extremely thick! I have acrylic all around the outside of my nails it was just horrible on every single level I will never go back! The more I look the worse it gets

They can’t do french tip nails so I had to get all white. My nails are so thick and bulky. Customers service is also horrible.

This used to be my favorite place, but after today I will never return. They are rude, the prices change every visit (They should take down the price list because they are not going by it), and customer service is horrible. If you do decide to give them a try avoid the man that sits closer to the door he always rushing and if something needs to be fixed because you simply don't like it he says, “Do you want to pay more money?”

Great first visit. The atmosphere is chill and so was my technician. She did a great job on my nails (they were in bad shape)! They made time to see me even through I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. My wait time was little to none. 5 stars definitely.
