First of all, Ziba is just the most amazingly kind and positive presence you need in your life! Second, she did an incredible job at both my hair and makeup trial, and my bridal hair and makeup session, with her. She also did my mother's and mother-in-law's makeup, and not only did they look stunning, but they raved about how wonderful Ziba was to work with!

She makes the process very simple. She was great at recommending things and also listening to what I wanted and the feedback that I had. For someone who is not very versed in makeup, the idea of professional hair and makeup was daunting for me, but Ziba made me feel beautiful and confident! I loved that she was able to give me the natural, yet enhanced look I was going for.

Ziba is incredible at what she does, and this includes being an uplifting force for all those around her! I would highly recommend working with her.

Ziba did my hair and makeup for my wedding and WOW! I was absolutely blown away by Ziba’s talent, kit, speed, and personality! She is the absolute sweetest and made me feel so at peace while getting ready. My hair and makeup looked exactly how I wanted and stayed on all night! At my trial I had just a couple things I wanted tweaked and Ziba was happy to fix them to make sure everything was perfect to my liking. After my trial, we sat down together and went through all of her notes she took about my specific makeup so it would be perfect on my wedding day. I can not stress enough how incredible of a job Ziba did. I would recommend her to any bride looking for a wedding artist!

Ziba was my hair and makeup artist for my wedding in May 2023 and I'm so thankful she was! She was so kind from the first time I chatted with her and thoroughly explained how the process would work. During my trial she even gave my fiance and I a slice of the cake she had baked and let us play with her cute dog! She's very talented and can work quickly without compromising the end product. Ziba and her team did the hair and makeup for my 10 bridesmaids and my mom and mother-in-law and we didn't have to start the process in the middle of the night like I've heard other Indian brides have done. Ziba, who was a very calming presence, stayed with me almost the entire wedding day because I had three different looks and she not only did my hair and makeup but helped me put on my outfits/jewelry for all three, which was really helpful since we were on a tight timeline. I really enjoyed getting to know Ziba and would recommend her to anyone!

Not only that, but she has such a kind personality that makes her clients feel comfortable, respected, and heard. Ziba has done both my and mother's makeup + hair for 3 major events of mine: engagement party, henna night, and wedding/reception. She did a fantastic job each time! When I first contacted Ziba, I was immediately impressed by her responsiveness. It is hard at times to get in contact with well skilled established stylist for your engagement/wedding but Ziba was on top of it! She responded to me in a timely manner (1-2days max). Ziba was very detailed in what her should expect from her ( expertise background, the services provided, technique, and process) and what she expects from her clients (ex: inspiration pictures, outfit pictures, already washed/dried hair, clean face, ample work space etc) so that everyone is on the same page. It made this process so much easier amongst all the craziness of planning a wedding! 🙂
We would be in contact with one another for the months leading up to my events and she would provide great advice about skin care that will make the makeup application process even smoother which was appreciated. The willingness to provide advice and answer any questions (via email/text/phone) with kindness, eagerness, and just overall positive attitude made me and my mom LOVE Ziba even more.

When she arrived at the site (whether it was at my home, venue, or hotel room) she is quick to get set up, wash her hands, organized her already sanitized brushes/tools, and get to work! For the amount of detail and precision, I was super impressed with how quickly she works. It's truly incredible. throughout the process she asks her clients specifics of their vision with the inspiration pictures but also modifies the look to truly suit her client's natural features. That is how one knows that the stylist is a professional. She enhances her client's features!! Ziba always checks in to what her client is feeling (if they want to try to modify the look or add/remove something, she will do it!) She wants her clients to be transparent and happy with their final look!! I can tell Ziba take pride in her artistry, if her client is happy, she is happy.

Fast forward months later, I reached out to Ziba at the last minute for an upcoming photoshoot - she was very responsive and thankfully was able to do my makeup. She is amazing!
