Our experience was phenomenal. We loved our makeup, our creative direction & our pictures. Also the studio is such a vibe. Muse is so easy to work with and gives great direction, it really helped make everything flow so much more smooth. We appreciate and love ArtOffical Makeup and Photo and we highly recommend them!

?Worst experience of my life. New to Nashville TN, made an appointment for brother's wedding and due to an emergency unable to to make it at the time I scheduled. Tried reaching them hours before, but no contact. Later in the day finally got someone on the call and and explained issue, I was told that they'd charge me $65 whether I made appointment or not.

They told me to reschedule and when I did and reschedule I showed up and they told me they didn't want me to reschedule the same day and that I would have to pay another $65.
The artist confirmed it in text and when I get there they "claimed it was a mistake " and that they didn't mean to text me that.

I will never make an appointment with them ever again!

Kind of upset that my emails weren’t answered and I had to cancel my session. I can’t really review what they do, but I sent a couple emails about about discretion that were never answered and had to cancel my plans that night.

Worst experience, photographer was Hired that day, she didn’t have any knowledge of the vision I wanted for my shoot, no one EVER answered my text messages or emails. My whole photoshoot was RUSHED I did not get what I paid for. Images was poorly taken. So unprofessional
