Fantastic afternoon at P Louise Makeup Academy. The security staff were especially helpful when things didn't quite go to plan, they went above and beyond yesterday.
Dan and Asleigh were fantastic hosts.
We were blown away with the scale and attention to detail. We attended the Christmas event and it reminded me of Vegas, the decorations were salubrious to say the least.
The girls had a ball, it was like a teen nightclub, dancing, refreshments, games, it was a whole experience.
Some brilliant deals on products too, really great value for money.
I can't find fault and were already planning our next trip despite the 4 hour drive, it was worth it.

These girls just had their dreams come true! ✨️☁️? They have had the best day shopping and just hanging out at the empire and are all already planning their next visit. Very busy this Saturday afternoon but everything still running smoothly, plenty of staff anywhere you look. The girls particularly enjoyed chatting and taking pictures with Evie (Evangeline) she was so sweet and really took the time to chat the the girls and take some selfies with them Thank you Evie! ✨️⭐️

Had a gorgeous experience at the Plouise warehouse yesterday. The attention to detail is unreal perfect to bring daughters as there is lots for them to do such as pass the parcel to win free products. Highly recommended x

10/10 absolutely amazing loved all the stunning decorations, and the staff was polite kind and respectful, they is also an amazing amount of activities to do there with lovely staff and you get stamps for each activity if you pick the Christmas experience one bad thing though is that me and my dad had to wait two hours to get in since we didn’t have tickets but we never realised since on the Google search it says u can just walk in without an entry fee and you only need to book for food

What can I say, this was a dream come true for me and my 2 daughters, on arrival and not knowing what to expect qe parked in the car park right outside the doors which was super helpful, it was easy to find and easy to get to. On entry after being greeted by the giant bad b box we was walking through what can only be described as a wonderland of beautiful wall murals of castles and all things girly and pink, once we got to the main room I was absolutely amazed, the decor, the room, the staff, the shop which is actually a giant train and caboose was just too much to take in it is BEAUTIFUL. As we told the lovely lady greeter we was early and had booking for in 2 hours she asked if we would like to eat sooner and to be seated in the Giant hot air Ballon , staff here are lovely every single member we interacted with from greeters to cafe staff to the shop assistants went above and beyond for service, politeness, chatting it was truly an amazing time, the food was red hot and fresh! No frozen meals etc everything was cooked and made perfectly, we had milkshakes in the Teddy bottles and took a doggy bag home as we were absolutely stuffed
This place is a perfect photo opportunity for anyone like myself who loves props and all things girly. There was giant bean bags and teddy's and cookies. Jammy dodgers giant sized. It's a land of dreams for your little ones ✨️ frankly we can't wait for the next time ?

We travelled 2 hours to PLouise as part of my daughter’s birthday outing. She was really excited being a big Plouise fan. She loved looking around at all the different products and bought 3 boxes for £25. We were told to expect to wait up to 30 mins for our order which was fine, the shop was really busy. After over an hour of waiting we must have asked 3/5 different staff members about our order to which we were basically ignored. I started to get really frustrated as no one was helping us. Eventually a lady came across and gave us our order. Instead of saying sorry we forgot your order, which was very obvious as we had to tell staff 3/4 times what our order was. she started accusing us of not listening out for my daughter’s order, it didn’t just stop there, she was very stand-offish and very rude. So rude, she made my daughter cry. For me that was it, I had to walk out otherwise I would have said things I would have regretted. We were followed outside and asked by staff to go back in to the shop and Paige herself came over and talked to us. Paige could see my daughter was really upset and tried to rectify the situation. Although she tried her best, and I am really grateful for her for trying, the whole experience was ruined. My daughter is suppose to be coming back in December, but after todays experience she doesn’t want to go. It’s a shame as Paige has built a brilliant business. The products and shop is amazing, she’s really thought it through and pulled it off. It’s just a shame half the staff are ignorant and rude

Came a couple of weeks ago with a friend, couldn't of had a better experience. We are still talking about it! From the minute we arrived the lovely parking attendant (I think he said his name was Dale) parked the car for me as I was struggling to get in a space. He was so friendly and helpful and led us in to the empire. We were greeted by a lovely girl (I think her name was Ashleigh) who gave us a free gift and sat us at our table. All the staff were fantastic, friendly, enthusiastic helpful and happy to have a chat. The food and drinks were unreal! Not to mention there was free slush drunks and snacks including candy floss! The place is amazing the pictures and videos did not do it justice. I am 36 and i can honestly say i have not felt that excited and in awe since i was a child! We met the amazing Trish who was happy to have a picture with me (i was fan girling!). We had a great time trying all the products in the shop and was helped by a super lovely girl with fabulous pink hair and funky nails. We left with some fantastic products in beautiful bags. As we drove out of the carpark the lovely car park attended we met when we arrive flagged us down to ask if we had enjoyed our time!...I am back again on Monday with my sister who is new to Plouise, but i know she will fall in love the moment she arrives! Thank you team Plouise your passion and kind hearts does not go unnoticed. What a beautiful world you have created xx
