Very nice staff. When I was having trouble with my card, twice, the woman at the till was very patient and went out of her way to help me out. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Great service.

I was in Donegall Place store on Saturday. My son was buying after shave and the gentleman helping him was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. But he really impressed me by how he treated our daughter. He made such a fuss about her and really made her feel so special, giving her some samples and just being really fun with her. He is such a people person and really deserves special recognition. I didn’t catch his name but what a lovely person he is. A credit to Boots.

My dad came here to get a blood pressure reading and they told us that they were not able to because they were doing vaccinations. It is a shame when a business can’t provide services to give peace of mind for their customers.

Went to Boots yesterday to get bare minerals original powder foundation, as it was recommended to me as I’ve very very sensitive skin and haven’t been able to wear make up for a few years ( pleased to say I can wear it , no stinging or sore skin , doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing makeup) , but the lovely lady on the Bare Minerals counter ( sorry I can’t remember your name ?) was so so helpful, helped me find the correct colour match for my skin , explained how to apply the powder, gave me a quick demonstration to, I just wanted to write a quick review and say a massive thank you to her , I’m absolutely over the moon I can finally wear make up again , you’ve made my year ? would definitely recommend this store to anyone
