I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went in to get my hair and makeup done, but it was a disaster from start to finish. The stylist who did my hair kept spraying and spraying to make it hold the style I wanted, but she couldn't get it right. In the end, my hair looked greasy and awful.

I was also supposed to get my makeup done, and the makeup artist made me look 10 times darker by using a foundation that didn't match my skin tone at all. To make matters worse, I had already paid for the services in advance, but they claimed I hadn't paid and made me pay again. So, I ended up paying double for terrible service.

Throughout the whole appointment, they kept asking me personal questions. which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was a horrible day and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Where to start...... Booked my 3rd Appointment with her and thought she was Great but the last appointment I booked, she did not even show up to the Salon. I waited outside for several minutes. I had to call her and she played it off like she had no clue I had an appointment that day. I missed out on an important date I had with my new boyfriend. He took off that day from work to meet me and I had to cancel on him since I did not look my best. Ended up losing on a whole relationship with him. We are now broken up. Thank you Megan! I would never recommend this service. I had to call my Credit Card Company and file a dispute. Thank God I have Amex Card.

I highly recommend Meghan, she's been doing my makeup for the last 10 years and I won't go to anyone else. She is professional, friendly, and very talented. If you want professional makeup with great service then Meghan has to be your number one choice!

Don’t book any appointments with her.

If you are looking for someone good, not her. If you are looking for someone who appreciates your business, not her. If you need the refund, not her. Originally, I paid her cash on 3/14/2024 to book the hair and makeup service on 5/11 at 8:30 am, and she said ok, no problem. On 4/26/2024, I want to confirm this booking with her. She told me if I asked for service before 9 am, an extra fee of $75 would apply. I asked for cancellation, and she told me there was no refund and to see her website for reference.

I paid her $150 cash at her studio after my makeup. I learned about the policy today, and she never mentioned it.

The quality of the service was abysmal. The Products used were of poor quality, and the brushes had an unpleasant odor. The makeup application was the worst I've ever seen, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that nothing more could be done. Initially, she promised a refund, but later reneged on her word.

It is crucial that you do not book any appointments with her. My experience was a clear indication of her lack of skill and professionalism. I urge you to consider this before making any decisions.

Megan has done my makeup for multiple occasions, she’s listens to exactly what your needs are for your look and sometimes even suggests a better look that’s suitable for your face. Her mother does hair at the same location, its a one stop shop for my go to glam. She never disappoints! Forever my go to MUA.
