Ms Farida did an amazing job on my brows! Extremely thorough. She took the time to pluck the stray hairs after threading, which is always a sign of a stellar threader. My eyebrows have never looked better. And you cannot beat the price! I just found my new threading spot ? thank you!!!

As a traveler it’s always hard to find eyebrow threaders in different states, I was soo excited when I found Namaste . She took me in the last minute and I got threading, tinting, and henna done. It came out so amazing and this is coming from a gal from New York! She does an amazing job, I will keep going to her shop until my travel assignment is done!

I went a couple of days ago for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded. When I first walked in, the older lady was working on another client and just stared at me. After a few seconds of silence, I said "Hi" and she kept staring at me in silence. I then said, "I'm here for eyebrow threading," and she still looked at me and just slowly nodded her head. I expected at least a, "Hello" or "Please take a seat" so I was disappointed about the lack of customer service. I have thick, dark eyebrows so I was expecting the lady to keep my natural shape and thickness. Although, the final result was thin eyebrows that I don't like myself. This may be my fault a bit since I didn't convey what I wanted but after hearing her make conversation with the girl she was helping before me, I felt awkward and unwelcomed when the lady didn't speak to me at all which made me hesitant to express my opinion. When threading my eyebrows, the older lady who helped me was aggressive. She would turn my head side to side with no notice and would push my hands away instead of telling me I could put them down. Right after leaving the place, I looked at my eyebrows and noticed some cuts, and two days later, I had several scabs around my eyebrows. The lady also used tweezers to clean up my eyebrows and instead of using the tissue in her hand to wipe off the hairs, she decided to clean the tweezers by wiping the hairs on my shirt and in my hair. Before coming here, I read several reviews and they all seemed welcoming saying the "older lady" was friendly and "did an amazing job." Now I am not sure if the "older lady" in the reviews is the same one who helped me, though, I assume because everyone else was younger. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience and would not come back.
