Absolute worst shopping experience ever. I ordered a valentines day present about 4 weeks ahead of time, and now, two weeks after valentines day, still haven't received it. When you message or call customer service, they say sorry, these are custom and no refunds will be given, and we will send you your product when its done. Going on 2 months now since I ordered, and still no deliveries have been made. Very poor experience, do not use this company.

I would definitely recommend giving these 'Make It Mine' presents to their friends, families, or any loved ones that loves receiving unexpected "exploding" surprises. I ordered the Valentine's pop photo cubes for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day this year, & it came earlier than expected. He absolutely loved it!!! Even though it was a bit messy as he opened it & all of the confetti came out (LOL), he thought it was cheesy but one of the cutest V-day's gifts ever.

Cool idea terribly ran, ordered 3 weeks before Valentine’s Day. They say the process time is usually a few days. It’s been well over 3 weeks and my order has not shipped yet and Valentine’s Day is tomorrow. I emailed in a few days ago to try and get an update with no response. Now I’m out $70 and with nothing for tomorrow. Zero communication and zero help. Would not recommend!

If I could've rated this as zero stars, I would. This service and product is absolutely unacceptable. While I understand it was customized, there was expectations set on the website as far as a delivery time frame and those were not met. I wrote via email to cancel the order within 14 days of ordering, because there had been no update or shipping progress so obvious it was not in the making yet. There was zero communicate back to me until three days AFTER the item was delivered... one month and three days late. ALSO CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND IT IS A DISCONNECTED PHONE NUMBER. Not to mention, it was an extremely underwhelming end product, not at all how advertised online. All of the candy was melted inside and the picture boxes were not how they appear to display on your website. Again, extremely underwhelming. This was an extremely disappointing experience overall. I understand this is a business and volumes can be high at times, just like every other business experiences, but your response time literally over a month later is unacceptable. I wish I never ordered this "product" and I will be leaving my reviews wherever I possibly can for others to not allow their money to be wasted. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and leave a review on this overall experience.

Such a fun gift! My daughter gave me one last year and I loved it so much I ordered one for my Mom a few weeks ago. It's a unique surprise that brings a smile to your face and you have the great picture cubes to treasure. I highly recommend this!

This place is a scam. I ordered a card for my wife. The tracking number says that the label was made, packaged still not sent and then. Few days later I received an email dying my package had arrived.

I still have not received anything and according to the “tracking number” is still hasn’t sent. I also emailed the company and the email address is a false email

I ordered on Jan 25 for Valentine’s Day. Never came. Asked for a refund and they only refunded me shipping. No response since. Going to have to file a fraudulent charge with my bank because no product was delivered.

Placed an order well on time for Valentine’s after receiving an ad on Instagram. Wanted to surprise my wife. Today it is Valentine’s Day and no card! Tried to reach out several times over the past days and today, and never received any response. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying anything from them.
