Ruby absolutely butchered my hair. Together we looked at pictures of the cut I wanted. After the consultation we agreed that my cut would be just below my collarbone. She cut it a full FIVE INCHES SHORTER. My hair was uneven all over. In addition, the choppy job she did could not be styled. As I was crying in the chair, she was trying unsuccessfully to fix the horrible work she had done. When I asked for layers or texture she actually said “so you want it to be like a mushroom?” I subsequently had to pay another stylist to try to repair the awful shape and texture. There was only so much she could do to help. There were parts that she showed me were so awfully chopped and uneven that there was nothing that could be done to even it up.

My normal stylist is out on maternity leave. Trying a new place can be scary.

Thorough, great conversation, good scalp massage, loved the blow out look. Color was perfect. I was very pleased. It was very refreshing to see the owner invested in quality control and teaching expertise to newer stylist. TY for a great experience.

I’ve been getting my haircut at R&S for 6 years. They helped me understand my curly hair better. I have been to Liliana multiple times and always come away loving my hair.
I recently got a haircut from Ann Marie and I couldn’t be happier. She asked me what I wanted and listened to my concerns. My hair looks healthy and full of life. I love it! Highly recommend R&S. I also get my eyebrows threaded by Manisha and couldn’t be happier!

Best hair cut for my texture, curl pattern and style EVER. Ann Marie educated me about everything under the sun about curls, and I asked a thousand questions!! She is such a lovely genuine stylist, business owner, and human. I’ll never go anywhere else after this!!!

Brittany did a wonderful job styling my hair for a wedding I was attending! She listened to what I wanted and helped me decide on the best style. She took her time and made sure I was happy with everything before I left her chair. My hair looked beautiful and helped me relax and have a terrific time dancing the night away knowing it would hold. Excellent job!
