The Most Awful Salon Experience in Hyderabad

This was, without a doubt, the MOST AWFUL and painful experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The service was SHOCKINGLY unprofessional, and the staff, particularly Bobby, displayed an ALARMING level of carelessness and overconfidence. While drying my hair, he pulled my ears so hard that the back of my earring became lodged INSIDE my ear, causing my earlobes to BLEED HEAVILY. I’ve never experienced such carelessness before, even with years of regular salon visits in the US.

As a hairstylist, it is your basic responsibility to be careful, pay attention, and listen to your client. Bobby failed on all counts. Even after being switched to another stylist, the service remained horrible—I left with dry, damaged ends and knots at the top of my head, all from what should have been a simple blow-dry.

What’s even more appalling is how the situation was handled. Despite the physical pain and distress caused (which now requires me to see a doctor), the salon still charged me for their terrible service. The manager offered nothing but insincere apologies, doing absolutely nothing to address the issue or make amends.

This experience has been a COMPLETE WASTE of time, money, and emotional energy. I strongly urge anyone considering this salon to look elsewhere. Their stylists are poorly trained, and their lack of professionalism is both dangerous and UNACCEPTABLE.
