Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have wanted a tattoo removed for about 15 years, but I wasn’t willing to spend thousands to get it done. When I saw the new technology at Jo Rich Beauty, I booked immediately! I was amazed at how comfortable the process was, felt like a vibration mainly, truly almost painless! Everyone was so professional and friendly, and I’m so grateful that this affordable service is now available in Pensacola! I will add before and after photos asap!?

I just recently met this amazing group of ladies and put my trust in them for lip blushing and permanent brows. From the very first consultation I felt so at ease with the girls and knew this was where I fit in. Jo did an amazing job of lip blushing. The color was perfect and looked even better than what I anticipated. Midian did my brows and I was beyond thrilled. They are such a pleasure to be around and they do fabulous work. First time I’ve ever almost fallen asleep during a facial. Bridget was wonderful! Very relaxing and the massage was so good. I got the brightening facial and will definitely be back to do it again. My skin is glowing and feels so refreshed.

If I could give this sweet little place and the incredible people in it a million stars, I absolutely would! I walked in without an appointment and they graciously fit my into their busy schedule. I asked for an ear piercing and the sweetest lady named Emily helped my pick out exactly what I wanted and laughed with me while I waited for the lovely lady that did my piercing to finish up an earlier client. They warned me that the specific placement of my piercing would be a bit painful, being fully transparent with me about that was such an important aspect for my I appreciated that beyond belief! My girl got me into her chair and was incredibly kind and gentle. They didn’t lie, the piercing hurt, but the entire staff had me laughing while they helped my through the pain! I was given a little fan and some water to help get me through the pain of the piercing without even needing to ask, I cannot even begin to express how sweet and caring these ladies were. Not to mention I got THE CUTEST piercing I’ve ever gotten in my life. I would get a handful more piercings here if it weren’t for the fact I am only visiting the area. (I might fly back here just to get my belly button done)

If you’re thinking about stopping in, I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I had an absolutely great experience at JRB! I booked with Midian to change out my daith piercing and to get a helix piercing. Both were done flawlessly and pain free. Midian explained the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable, and also helped me pick out my jewelry to go with my piercings. Chesley and Midian were both so kind and helped make my experience go smoothly while I was getting my piercing done. I can’t wait to come back in the future!

Jo Rich Beauty is the best place in Pensacola for piercings! My 13 year old daughter got her Helix today and her bestie got her 2nd holes. Kaya is oh so patient and kind! My little almost chickened out after begging for a year! Kaya took her time and made her feel comfortable and gained her trust before she pierced her. Both girls are ecstatic now and said it wasn’t even painful. Highly recommend this place!
Kaya also did my makeup for Mardi Gras Ball and made me feel confident and gorgeous! Jo’s whole team is fantastic and makes you feel like family! We even got hugs on the way out.

Everyone in the building was so upbeat, funny, and wanted to just have fun while working. I can't wait to go back and have more work done.
