This location is great, has a traditional vibe, and the the staff are welcoming, friendly, and are genuinely caring enough to get to know you a bit and execute the cut that YOU want. Would give more than 5 stars if I could, for Jamie, this team, and this location.

What a great place. I couldn't get an appointment at my regular place. So my wife made an appointment at Woodward and they got me right in. Alli did a fantastic job! I will definitely be going back.

Worst barbershop experience I have ever had. I had an appointment at 1120. Showed up at 1115, checked in on a tablet and wasn’t spoken to for the next 15 minutes. Then at 1130 already 10 minutes late someone asked if I was okay and I told them I had an 1120 appointment and they told me I would be with Aly. Then 10 minutes later, 20 minutes late and half way into my appointment, another barber asked if I was okay and told me I could reschedule if I didn’t want to wait as if I was the inconvenience.

Finally 25 minutes after my appointment time, Ali finally said I am ready for you. No apology, no attempt to lighten the situation. Then proceeded to rush my haircut. I was only in the chair 20 minutes for a 45 minute haircut. Then I was told “sorry I annoyed you bye” again as if I was the issue.

I was really excited to try this barbershop, I was referred by a close friend and have seen nothing but good reviews. Sadly I left with a rushed awful haircut. Guess you have to be careful about barbers here. Stay away from Ali.

Again awful response and just a business who doesn’t value their customers. “Walked in quickly” so again putting the blame on me.

“30 minute time slot” your website says 45 minutes and I received a message literally telling me my appointment would be longer than 30 min.

Because someone is upset due to poor business practice you rush them out and don’t speak to them. What’s the point of an appointment if your staff is more than half the appointment late. I spent more time waiting than getting my haircut.

Go to Rollins in boulder or Lafayette barbershop or even Floyd’s if you want a genuine experience and a better haircut.

Ali is the best!! If you need an experienced barber look no further! She’s absolutely incredible. I always leave with the exact style and cut I want. Make sure to book her for your next appointment!!

This place is great! Very slick atmosphere and decor (and don't forget to check out the snacks!). Not just a good place to get a cut, but a fun place to go with someone to get a cut and hang out!
Ross did an A+ job with my 5year old son. Couldn't be happier. What a fantastic addition to Erie Old Town. Check this place out soon!

This barber shop is in an amazing spot and acomidates everyone from what I can tell. The experience I had was wonderful. Aly and Ricky both provide an amazing service and are very friendly and conversational.
