Absolutely amazing experience and atmosphere. Jalen took amazing care of my overgrown beard. He understood exactly what I wanted. The cut, shave and lines were perfect. This will be a regular stop for me from now on. Thank you Jalen.

I had an incredible experience at Beards and Fades with Darius! He truly has a gift for hairstyling. Not only did he listen attentively to my preferences, but he also provided expert advice. booked an appointment showed up the barber wasn't working, so was told to wait 45mins which isn't a big deal mistakes happen. The problem is the owner then tells me it's going to be another 14 dollars on top of the wait, so now not only am I having to wait another 45min atleast but also have to pay more for their mistakes. Not a good look taking my business elsewhere. The solutions that I wouldn't accept was wait 45min and pay more or come back another day. You would think as a business owner you would atleast honor the booked price since the customer was understanding and willing to the extra time. the hr wait wasn't offered and the other barber fee was only dealing with the owner. As for being disrespectful if calling out bad business as bad business disrespectful then yea I guess I was disrespectful. Everything I said to the owner is in this post I'll let anyone reading this to make their own judgment. oh and as a side note if you miss your appointment you get charged full amount so only customers are held to appointment standards

So glad it he was able to do a walk in and so happy my son hair came out perfect was kinda nerves not going to lie but it came out so good he loves it and his it’s his new spot and loved that the guy was Talkative to him thank you so much
