Cynthia and her crew are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I first met Cynthia 7 years ago when she did HMU services for my cousin’s wedding. I fell in love with how she made me look and feel!! I’ve had many HMU services from different talented vendors since then but Cynthia is the absolute best. NO CAP. 7 years later, I just HAD to book her for my very OWN wedding. Not only for myself but for 13, YES THIRTEEN other family/bridesmaids/etc. I was just as impressed with her talent with my bridal hair and makeup for my wedding day AND engagement photos as I was 7 years ago. I received soooo many compliments throughout the whole night. I felt pretty!!

Michelle did my hair for the wedding and absolutely blew me away!! My long black hair allowed her to work her magic and achieve the Hollywood waves that I wanted. We threw on my cathedral veil and it looked GLAMOROUS.

I cannot thank the beauty by Bon Bon team enough for what they did for me and my wedding!!!

Michele did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and she is INCREDIBLE! When searching for hair and makeup artists, it was important to me to have artists with experience with diverse clientele. I loved the range in their portfolio, and everyone I saw on their website and social channels looked like they were glowing in their wedding glam. I also did a trial which I highly recommend, since Michele and Cynthia both were able to work on my look together which prepared them for the event day. Michele also was super chill and just simply amazing to work with, which put me at ease before the biggest event of my life. Cannot rate them highly enough, such a wonderful group and would definitely recommend!

Whatever your HMU needs are, I highly recommend Beauty by Bon Bon team. I had Cynthia & Michele for my wedding day. Cynthia did my hair & makeup as well as MOH’s makeup. Michele worked on my other 3 bridesmaids makeup. These two bring such amazing energy to the room while they work. Cynthia has been an absolute dream to work with from the start of my HMU inquiry all the way until the wedding day. I was able to schedule a HMU trial with her on same day as my engagement shoot. I’m not very knowledgeable in hair or makeup and had so many questions but Cynthia was so patient and made me feel comfortable enough to ask her for recommendations/suggestions. Not only does she spend the time to customize a look to cater to your individual style/features, she is also the ultimate hype woman - ready to shower you with positivity throughout entire session. When you put Cynthia & Michele together, you’ll have the most dynamic duo for air and makeup. Michele did an amazing job on my bridesmaids as well!! My girls each had skin/sensitivity concerns and also had very different makeup styles and preferences but she aced each gal’s look.

I felt bad since I ended up changing up the makeup and hair style I wanted a wk before my wedding but Cynthia was so accommodating to the last min switch. My girls and I are already thinking of re-booking for another event!

Hiring Beauty by Bon Bon was hands down one of the BEST decisions I made when it came to my wedding day! Your MUA is the FIRST person you come into contact with on your wedding day and I couldn't have asked for a better way to have started my day. I did a preview with Cynthia and was so impressed with her vibe - fun personality, great energy - and I knew that she would do a great job because of how great my makeup looked at the preview. She arrived and immediately made me feel a sense of calmness, and then she absolutely nailed the looks for my sister, mom and MIL - all whom had very different facial features, skin tones, and desired looks! My mom and MIL were nervous about their makeup prior, because they knew their skin wasn't as youthful, and didn't want their skin to feel cakey. However, they and my sister were all SO impressed and loved their makeup so much (they didn't want to take their makeup off at the end of the night!)! I was obsessed with my makeup, and it was the perfect balance of both looking great in person in natural light while also looking amazing on camera. It lasted until 2:30AM, through sweaty dancing and misty weather at the after party! Cynthia and the Beauty by Bon Bon team are genuine, nice, and fun and you absolutely NEED to hire them.

Highly recommend Beauty by Bon Bon to all the future brides out there! Michele made my bridal hair (Hollywood waves) and makeup (soft glam rose gold lid) dreams come true! Michele really listened to all my input from the bridal hair and makeup preview - definitely recommend booking a preview. The hair and makeup held up all day through tears, sweat, and a lot of emotions. Michele even gave me a touch up kit that had all the things - powder, makeup sponge, fan, eyelash glue, spoolie, lip touch up, mints, refreshing face spray. I had some acne scars that she covered up so well you can’t even see them in photos. I love the gold eye stickers they gave me and aloe mask to hydrate my skin. I compliment Michele on her emotional intelligence - professionally asking my excited bridal party to chill in the kitchen while I finished up my hair and makeup so I could compose myself and charge up my social battery for all the wedding guest interactions. Thank you Michele for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

I had my hair and makeup done for a wedding as a bridesmaid and bride from Beauty By Bon Bon. I made sure to book them over a year in advance because I knew their team were the best HMA in CA!
Michele was my makeup and hair artist and she did an amazing job making sure I look perfect on my special day! I had to reschedule my trial a few times because of the rain (I wanted to get my trial and engagement photos done on the same day). Michele was so flexible and she accommodated to my needs. She listened to my vision and helped provided her input. Michele and her team arrived on time (6:15am in SD) and worked on my 5 bridesmaids and 2 moms. Michele spent most of her time on me and making sure I felt calm and positive on my day. The hair and makeup was perfect and everything I wanted! The makeup and hair lasted all day!
It was very important for me to find the right HMA who is able to work with the makeup style that best suited my face. They were professional, helpful, and kind and they made sure to respond on a timely manner. Thank you so much Beauty by Bon Bon! Shoutout to the best HMA Michele!!

I can't rave about Beauty By BonBon enough, but I'm going to try...Cynthia and her team are AMAZING! I just worked with them for my wedding last week in Newport Beach, CA and let me tell you, they made all of us feel like celebrities. Our HMU was completed ahead of schedule and with such precision and skill. My bridal HMU look could've walked the red carpet, and I've never felt more beautiful or radiant. Our HMU stayed put ALL DAY LONG and lasted through all the happy tears, major dancing and delicious food/drinks!

After my HMU trail, I wanted to make some small tweaks and Cynthia understood exactly what I wanted, and the finished look couldn't have been more perfect! I went for a more natural, but still full glam makeup look, and my hair was a beautiful half-up/half-down style with a hair piece that Cynthia placed perfectly for me while still leaving the perfect spot for my veil. She helped me come up with a wedding-morning skin routine so my skin was properly hydrated and prepped to best apply the products and my skin has never looked better while wearing a full face of makeup! When I say our services were flawless, I mean absolutely FLAWLESS! All my girls had the most beautiful HMU I've ever seen (aside from my bridal look, of course lol) and my mom and MIL looked stunning as well.

Not only is the Beauty By BonBon team an extremely talented group of professionals, but they genuinely care about their clients and want them to feel their most beautiful for their event. Cynthia went above and beyond for me and I would 12/10 recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone over and over again. They are 100% worth every penny! But be sure to book in advance, these ladies are HIGHLY sought after!

Just did my bridal preview with Cynthia at her home studio and I am so happy! I've struggled finding a makeup artist who can deal with dry/eczema skin, fine lines, sweatiness, etc. etc. but Cynthia was able to handle it all! I showed her a picture of the look I was going for before she got started and she nailed it. She suggested soft glam and made great decisions based on my features. She is a true artist. She improved my brow shape while still keeping them fluffy and natural. I also felt like my skin could breathe and my lips weren't sticky or chapped with product afterwards which unfortunately has been the case with other makeup artists in the past. She also asked ahead of time if I had sensitive skin or a sensitive scalp and chose products that wouldn't irritate me. I'm sensitive to makeup wipes so she cleansed me with micellar water instead and I didn't have any irritation! Also, my hair came out just how I wanted it to and she did it all in under two hours. I left so happy and am so glad I made the decision to go with Cynthia. You truly get what you pay for and she is worth it. One of the best decisions I made so far.
