Been sending my sons to this barbershop for quite some time. We have tried more than one barber at this shop and they all failed at giving my sons a proper haircut. Do better, people are paying for this service!

Poor service walked in for a haircut at 10:30. They didn’t talk to me until 11 o’clock to tell me that they couldn’t cut my hair until 1 PM.

I came in with an appointment for noon. Waited without being greeted by any worker. Then at noon the barber I had the appointment with skipped over me to another person and then tried charging me 20$ as a cancellation. These are scam artists. Make u set an appointment so they can pocket the cancellation fee. The manager then texts me saying all the barbers were busy except one who also ignored me, but claimed all the barbers were busy. Attached is him saying all but one. 100% don't recommend

I’m from Georgia and wanted to try out a good barber shop in Philly,I definitely found one! The energy and vibe in the shop was exactly how you want to feel. Bruce was professional and made sure throughout the entire process that I was happy with my haircut. He did a phenomenal job and i will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for welcoming me to Philly!

Bruce the barber wasn't there when I arrived for my appointment. He arrives late and is on the phone the entire time while cutting my hair. He doesn't pay attention to my instructions and in the end he did a poor job. It was my second attempt, nothing worked for me. Very unprofessional.

Had a great experience with KENO. He takes pride in what he does and treats his work with same care as an Artist would, with their artwork! He was very professional. Would totally recommend him !

In my opinion It isn't easy to find a barber who is consistent and on point. I''m not from the Philadelphia area and desperately needed a place to get my hair cut. Fortunately I didn't have to look far. After my first cut with Ruben I knew I had found my spot. You will not find a better guy to cut your hair, he really listens to you in regards to the cut you desire. Not only that but he has it memorized, he remembers each client, he goes out of his way to make it not only a great end result, but makes it fun being there. By the time the cut is done, you barely even remember getting it done. A true professional that I cannot recommend more. If you need a haircut, or any other service, Ruben is sure to give you dynamite results time after time. Once you go once, it'll be hard not to go back. So stop your search, book a cut/service with Barbers on Broad. And with my bias, pick Ruben Le Professor.
